My overall stay was excellent just a few hiccups with the key cards to get into room.

Excellent airport hotel with great staff

I had a very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, which makes it very convenient for early flights or late arrivals. There is also a taxi station nearby, and a taxi usually arrives within 2–3 minutes whenever needed.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the option to choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms. This is becoming quite rare nowadays, and it was great to have the choice available.

Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport.

Real disappointment, breakfast is bellow any turkish and european standards a but like in US 3* hotel/holiday inn..., all quite artificial food... no taste. Wifi did not work, and GPS have sent you to completely different location even if you used instruction Hotel have sent you by mail with not a good subject...who reads this hotel trash? really not a good experience for the money...compare to Radisson in Kayseri etc... worst hotel in my trip, despite most expensive...

Cons:

GPS does not show right location, breakd´fast is really bad for local and european standards, kind of US Holiday inn artificial trash...wifi not working accosrdingly...or at all...reall nothing to make a choice, worst on my this year turkish trip, but the most expensive...even more to Radisson...

Pros:

Miły, pomocny personel. Pozwolono nam zostać dłużej w pokoju niż godzina wymeldowania. Mieliśmy lot dopiero wieczorem. Dobre miejsce na jeden nocleg jeśli ma się przesiadkę na porcie lotniczym. Można odpocząć, nie było zbyt głośno mimo bliskiego położenia lotniska. Pokoje są dobrze wyciszone.

Hotel propre, personnel acceuillant et attentionné, petit déjeuner de qualité, et bonne position géographique à coté de l'hotel. Je recommande cet hotel

On a eu 2 gros problèmes lors de notre séjour : l'adresse Google Maps de l'hotel était fausse, on perdait 30' à 1h à chaque fois pour retrouver le chemin avec le taxi, cela m'a fait arriver en retard à une réunion. Aussi, la clim ne marchait pas, mais ce n'était pas indiqué, je me suis réveillé le matin dans une chambre à 30 degrés car elle chauffait au lieu de refroidir

Nearly perfect.
Pros:

Good location m, very close to airport and if you don’t need to go in the city. All appliances available in the room including iron and ironing table.

Cons:

They got the power sockets for travellers. But I believe no one is using USB type A anymore. USB-c plugs will be better to use

DDer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war extrem unfreundlich und stellenweise sogar beleidigend. Ich habe schon viele übermüdete und unmotivierte Mitarbeiter erlebt, aber dieses Verhalten war inakzeptabel und deutlich unter jedem professionellen Standard.

Aus diesem Grund werde ich dieses Hotel ganz sicher nicht noch einmal besuchen. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Gästen wirft ein sehr schlechtes Licht auf das gesamte Haus, da man davon ausgehen muss, dass ein solches Verhalten entweder toleriert oder nicht ausreichend kontrolliert wird.

Besonders irritierend war, mit welcher Selbstverständlichkeit sich der Mitarbeiter so verhalten hat – als gäbe es keinerlei Konsequenzen. Ein solcher Auftritt darf in einem professionell geführten Hotel schlicht nicht vorkommen.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption am Morgen (ich meine, er hieß Emre), der sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit war – also genau so, wie man es sich eigentlich von Anfang an gewünscht hätte.

Tolles Frühstückbüffet.

Cons:

Hotel nah am Flughafen, aber in einem Industriegebiet.
