Good for longterm stay
Pros:

The property is very quiet, with excellent air conditioning and a spacious room. It also benefits from private parking with plenty of space. Furthermore, there are grocery shops within walking distance, or just a five-minute drive away."

Cons:

This property is geared more towards long-term workers than short-term travellers.

While there is a kitchen with a proper cooking stove, all that comes with the kitchen are two plates and two glasses, making cooking very inconvenient.

The layout is poorly designed; the kitchen and living room are combined, but the TV is placed in the bedroom. Many amenities are present, but are completely impractical. Furthermore, cleanliness was an issue—the windows behind the curtains were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for months.

I would not recommend this place for a short holiday unless you bring your own supplies, or only intend to sleep there. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable, the shower works well, and the parking space is convenient.
