It was very warm during our stay, and there was no air conditioning or fan, so the room did get very hot. The walls are also fairly thin, so we could hear people in the next room, including snoring. Fortunately, this didn't bother us too much and we would definitely stay again, but it's something others may want to be aware of.

Self check in, miejsce bardzo głośne, upalne, dodatkowo za ścianą wentylator ogrzewający pomieszczenie, brudne okna i zapach kurzu wszędzie. Nikt nie informował że zameldowanie odbywa się bezzałogowo, a informacja o tym przekazana była dzień wcześniej, nie Można się było wycofać, okna wychodzące na ulicę, nie moŻna było spać z gorąca, a otwarcie okna na ulicę sprawiało że słuchać było jeżdżące karetki i patrole policji na sygnale lub tramwaje. Jedyny plus to dodatkowy wiatrak, dostarczony do mieszkania i lokalizacja blisko sklepu spożywczego i mc Donald oraz wyposażona kuchnia. Wspominamy ten pobyt jako torturę, przynajmniej bez wentylacji.

Appartement à 1ère vue propre. il est demandé de quitter les chaussures. Mais ce n'est qu'à l'arrivée ! Seuls les lits étaient propres. Logement entier pour 10. Mais 7 chaises. 5 tasses.... Nous avons lavés toute la vaisselle. Aliments sur des verres. Poêles très grasses et avec des aliments. Bouteille et sachet apéro sur un meuble. Gazinière sale, cassée et très DANGEREUSE car bouton qui tourne dans le vide. Porte de placard manquante et posée dans un cagibi. Ouverture de Fenêtre de wc remplie par un épais tas de poussière. Doubles rideaux qui ne coulissent pas et sentent la poussière. Torchon très sale.
Une serviette manquante déposée le lendemain en notre absence. Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas depuis avril 2024. Pas de cafetière. Pas d'étendage. Toiles d'araignée. Certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas. Plafond de la salle qui cloque. Contact qui ne réagit pas rapidement. Venez avec votre cafetière, vos chaises et tasses... Très mauvaise note pour Booking

This accommodation in Budapest is absolutely amazing. It is a warm homestay kept extremely clean and tidy. The security facilities are well-equipped, so you can stay here with complete peace of mind.

It is also close to the bus station. My husband and I love sports, so we walked here, which is less than 3 kilometers. Public transport including metro and tram is easily accessible right outside.

What I love most is the spacious kitchen, where we can cook our favorite meals freely. We spent two wonderful nights here. I really adore this place. Thank you so much!

Check-in process was so complicated and the hosts didn't properly explain it. We were never able to open the door on our own even though we typed correct codes. We shared with different guests for two nights and both of them were very uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe, and they also didn't respect our space, boundaries and privacy.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! THE HOST IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES ASKING FOR BASIC ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS AND I WAS IGNORED FOR OVER 48 HOURS.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST WAS NON-EXISTENT. I REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING FOR BASIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER THE BUILDING, AND I WAS MET WITH TOTAL SILENCE. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE A GUEST STRANDED IN A FOREIGN CITY WITHOUT CHECK-IN DETAILS. I HAD TO WAIT OVER 48 HOURS FOR A SINGLE RESPONSE. THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IS A BLATANT VIOLATION OF ANY HOSPITALITY STANDARDS.
WHEN I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE, I DID NOT EVEN GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR. IT WAS A "BAIT AND SWITCH" SITUATION WHERE THEY TRIED TO PUSH ME INTO A MUCH SMALLER, INFERIOR ROOM THAT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST.
BECAUSE THE HOST REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE AND PROVIDED A ROOM THAT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, I WAS FORCED TO FIND AND PAY FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AT THE LAST MINUTE. THE MONEY I PAID FOR THIS BOOKING HAS COMPLETELY GONE TO WASTE BECAUSE OF YOUR TOTAL DISREGARD FOR YOUR GUESTS.
FINAL DEMAND
I AM DEMANDING A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY IMMEDIATELY. YOU DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE ADVERTISED, YOU IGNORED MY MESSAGES FOR TWO DAYS, AND YOU BREACHED THE CONTRACT OF THE BOOKING.
IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY, I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS CASE TO THE PLATFORM’S CORPORATE MEDIATION TEAM, FILING A FORMAL DISPUTE WITH MY BANK, AND LEAVING A DETAILED WARNING FOR ALL FUTURE TRAVELERS ON EVERY MAJOR REVIEW SITE.
I EXPECT A CONFIRMATION OF MY REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS.
MY MONEY WAS COMPLETELY WASTED. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND THE STRESS—BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON THIS PLATFORM!

Me alojé en este apartamento en Budapest y, aunque la ubicación es bastante buena, lamentablemente no fue una experiencia positiva. A pesar de haber pagado un extra por la limpieza, el apartamento estaba sucio: había restos de comida en la cocina,luego en nuestra habitación habían humedades en las paredes, el suelo estaba sucio, lo único q no estaba sucio eran las sábanas de la habitación q estaban rotas y el sofá cama era muy incómodo y estaba en mal estado, con manchas de haber estado mucho tiempo. Además, no había paredes separando las habitaciones, solo puertas bloqueadas por muebles, lo que hacía que se viera todo a través de las ranuras. No lo recomendaría a quienes busquen comodidad o privacidad. Además no los dieron ninguna solución, ni de limpieza ni nada. Nos tuvimos q buscar otro apartamento porque era imposible de estar allí cómodas, el cual nos valió lo mismo que este y no tuvimos ningún problema con la limpieza ni el apartamento. Además la zona de este apartamento no es muy recomendable, es muy poco segura así que recomiendo que busquen otras zonas menos conflictivas.
