Cons:

Only one English speaking channel on the TV and this had a high pitch making it difficult to hear, the receptionist woman on 30 May was probably the rudest member of hotel staff I've ever encountered (what an attitude), I found cockroaches in my room, the bed linen was grubby, the pillows were really lumpy like sacks of potatoes, the cleaners would talk loudly on their phones in the morning outside the room

Cons:

We booked two room. One room had 3 dead cockroaches and the fan was hanging out of the ceiling. The location is great if you’re a particular clientele. The rooms are basic, beds a bit bumpy and the tiles on the pool are broken. Location is within bars/clubs. I wouldn’t recommend for families or young couples.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I always stay at sutus court 3 perfect location for my needs good restaurants within easy walking distance and bars at night
Got a great room overlooking the pool
Staff very friendly and got safety deposit boxes

Cons:

Have no complaints had a great time there

Hotel very antiquated, room was dirty, water was discoloured , I usually leave a tip for the cleaners, but on this occasion the cleaner/cleaners were pilfering the change I was leaving in the room, so I collected the change, gave it to a beggar rather than a thief having it

Would not book again, there are better hotelrooms for the same price
Pros:

Cheap price, central location, some renovations seem to already take place

Cons:

Aircondition is too weak and slow for such a big room. It was just a little warm.
The air in the room was musty and the air coming from the A/C smelled dusty.
The photos are missleading, the rooms in building C are old and shaby.
the pool is too warm and the tiles are falling off

Avoid - better and cheaper hotels
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty with dead cockroaches on the floor. Opened the door and room was full of mosquitos. Furniture was at least 40 years old and rooms very dark and dingy. Only stayed 2 minutes and walked out and booked another hotel.

The breakfast in the restaurant was only average for my falang brother, but quite acceptable for me. We are next door. However, all meals were acceptable.

Would definitely come back here again.
Pros:

Loved the room, kept clean, showers were great. Pool was excellent. The location was fantastic. Hop on hop of Ute's right outside. Plenty of Bars and eateries just metres away.

Cons:

Had no problems whatsoever. Staff were fantastic and helpful
