The location was very central.

Cons:

Really dirty apartment. Walls had mould patches. Smelling terrible. Really dirty bathroom and dustbins. There were live electric wires hanging out from the socket. We reached the apartment late night and one of the staff who helped us to move in was completely drunk and acting really weird. On top of all this the price was very high. Does not make any sense to waste money on this apartment.

My family and I did not feel safe at all.

A fabulous stay in a kind and friendly homestay.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help me with a late check in. The room was very spacious and clean and relaxing. A great home cooked breakfast each morning from Pradeep set me up for the day. And meeting Santosh the owner of the property was a highlight of my trip - a true gentleman and wonderful host. Makes you feel at home and he and his staff care so much about you having a great stay. I will return there every time I come to Delhi.
