Pros:

The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great with a shop next door, close to nice cafes and restaurants on the beach which is a few minutes walk across a main road which is easy to cross. I also just got a Grab taxi to and from the Old Town. The restaurant offers a range of food and drinks and the breakfast has a very good variety to choose from. The pool is nice to chill out in with shade if you need it. I also took advantage of the spa and laundry service,which were also great.

Cons:

The property does need a tiny bit of TLC but that doesn't take away from the experience.

A Great Stay
Pros:

The room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functioned well and the balcony was a great spot to sit in the evening. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and swimming pool but the highlight was the staff. They were all wonderful and kind and always attentive and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights and really did not have any issues. Staff were happy to help with whatever we needed and everything went smoothly.

Pros:

Staff were all amazing, super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious. Big and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not much in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Our room needed a vacuum before we arrived, floor was very dusty/dirty when we arrived and stayed the same during our stay. Shower and blind by the shower quite moudly, needs a good clean.

全体的には満足のいく滞在でした。
Pros:

良かった点
スタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。ワッツアップでマメに連絡をくれ、困った事があればすぐに対応してくれました。
フロント階にウォーターサーバーあったり、自転車を無料で借りられたり、ホイアン旧市街への無料シャトルバスもあり、とてもコストパフォーマンスに優れていると思いました。

もちろんです。自然な日本語のレビューにすると、こんな感じです。

改善してほしい点：
ホイアン旧市街までのシャトルバスを利用した際、ドライバーを見つけるのに苦労しました。事前に「ドライバーがホテル名の書かれたパネルを持っている」と聞いていましたが、実際にはパネルを持っていませんでした。
こちらからドライバーを探し、ホテル名と自分の名前を伝えましたが、「違う」と言われました。しかし、最終的にはその方が実際のドライバーでした。
ホテルとドライバーの間で、送迎に関する情報共有がうまくできていなかったのではないかと思います。ドライバーがホテル名のサインを持つことや、宿泊者情報を事前に共有するなど、もう少し連携を改善していただけると、いいと思いました。ホテルのバスが多数待機しているので、利用者には車種やナンバーを事前に知らせてもらえると、より安心して利用できると思います。

Amazing for a weekend in Hoi An, good location and great staff
Pros:

Amazing customer service, staff were very welcoming making sure we have all we need!

Cons:

everything met out expectations, the only thing was we requested double/king size bed and we were given two double beds stack together. they were very comfortable though!

Pros:

Personnel agréable. Petit dejeuner généreux et tres varié. Chambres confortables. Piscine sympa. Voiturette gratuite pour aller en centre ville tres appreciée.
Il y a un petit restaurant / bar qui est tres bien et un mini mart juste à côté.

Cons:

L'hotel longe une route. Les chambres sur piscine sont plus calmes que celles sur mer en raison de cette rue. Ca n est pas du tout genant pour profiter de la piscine.
La plage est en travaux sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. Ca sera sans doute tres bien quand ca sera fini. En attendant, l hotel en bord de plage perd de son interet.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff and great location
Pros:

This was a fabulous hotel with lovely friendly staff, great food and great rooms. The location is close to nice beaches and there are some lovely nearby restaurants and convenience shops. The shuttle bus into Hoi An town is very handy and it is only a short walk to An Bang area.
The breakfast is very varied and the omelettes are amazing. The pool area is lovely and chilled and the restaurant food was great. My husband has a massage at the spa and said that it was very good too.
Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel if you want to be in a peaceful area close to everything An Bang and the local area offers.

Relaxing and enjoyment
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and transport to the town was great. Great having pool table and pung pong table. We also enjoyed cycling around the country side.

Cons:

The room was a little tired and the bikes provided need some repairs. Are daughter got hurt when riding due to the chain being slack and jumping off.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Hidden Beach ist fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann sich Handtücher für den Strand und Pool leihen. Der gratis Transfer in die Altstadt war hilfreich und wir haben ihn ein paar mal genutzt. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Awesome place, awesome value, awesome staff!
Pros:

Great hotel!! Staff were fabulous, so attentive, kind and welcoming. When I arrived I was taken through the brochure why give you about must try food/tailors/beaches/activities in the area.
I booked a junior suite and was upgraded to a premier king, nice big room, comfortable bed (not too hard for Vietnam!) huge bathroom, mini bar, robes, tv with channels and apps (you can log into your own Netflix / prime accounts).
I stayed three nights and my room was cleaned and refreshed daily.
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, it is starting to show its age, but for the price it’s exceptional.
Breakfast had so many options and always stocked up which is great considering it’s a 3.5 hour window.
The pool was always clean and cool, the loungers were great but do fill fast in the afternoon.
Awesome location, just a short grab / bike ride to a bang (12 min walk) and cua dai beach. Nice to head into town on their free shuttle and then return to a quiet slice of paradise!
Definitely NOT beach front.

Cons:

Only small downside was that my bathroom didn’t have a shower box, it really only functioned as a handheld shower due to the power of the water as it would spray across the bathroom and everything would get soaked! The bath was great though.
