Will definitely back again due to friendly staff
Pros:

This was my second time staying here and I will definitely come back in the future. Every single staff member is just so friendly. The front staff, especially Daisy are super helpful and are happy to call a taxi or give recommendations for food, activities, tailors etc. The staff at the hotel is also very friendly. The food is delicious, rooms are spacious with balconies, there’s a few nice restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, appetizer crispy shrimp was very good, burgers delicious, the pool area was clean and the pool was clear and warm. Easy access to the lobby. Overall we had a great time.

Pros:

L’hotel est très agréable, la piscine dans un cadre vert et reposant. Le personnel est adorable et serviable, les vélos sont prêtés.
La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet.
L’emplacement pas loin de la plage est agréable et plus au calme que le centre de hoi an. On peut se rendre dans le centre en quelques minutes en grab. On est également pas loin des rizières pour faire de jolies balades à vélo.

Cons:

Il y a peu d’activités/restaurants à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel, il faut compter une dizaine de mns de marche jusqu’à la plage, il vaut mieux prendre un grab scooter ou vélo pour rejoindre le centre de an bang beach qui est plus animé (20 mns à pieds). Mais le cadre reste très agréable et reposant.

Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, không 1 hạt sạn trên sàn. Nhà tắm cũng sạch, khô ráo, thoáng mát. Mình ở phòng Family Connecting có cửa thông nhau, lúc đầu lo chỉ có một phòng tắm nhưng may quá mỗi phòng 1 toilet riêng biệt. Phòng view đẹp, ngắm bình minh miễn chê. Đi xe đạp ra biển An Bàng chỉ mất vài phút. Khuôn viên vườn rộng rãi, xinh đẹp. Bể bơi sạch. Mình sẽ quay lại lần sau.

I would certainly return again and thank you all for a great stay.
Pros:

Room was huge, bed very comfortable, great bathroom, aircon was perfect. Easy walk to all the beach restaurants, mini marts both sides for any convenience you may need. Staff were fabulous and food was delicious.

Cons:

It’s only a minor…but for a week stay I would prefer a better fridge in room.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon und bequemem großen Bett. Gute Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator, Smart-TV und separates Bad mit sehr guter Dusche tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei.
Das Frühstück als Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der pünktliche Shuttle Service zur Altstadt wurde von uns gerne genutzt.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und ist nicht wirklich ein Strandhotel, wir hatten im zweiten Stock auch keinen Meerblick.
Der Pool ist relativ klein und flach, eher für Kinder geeignet, aber nicht zum Schwimmen. Wenig Platz für Liegen im Poolbereich.
Der Fitnessraum ist klein und nicht so gut ausgestattet. Die wenigen Geräte sind in keinem guten Zustand und für ein richtiges Training nicht geeignet.

Lovely time, really hope to return.
Pros:

Lovely pool and bar area. Access to a private beach about 100m away. Liked the relaxed vibe and great to have a balcony and be able to sit outside. Great food served at the bar, both western and Asian options. Room had a great wet-room/shower.

Cons:

WiFi a little patchy, think net access rather than the WiFi.

Exceptional hospitality for families!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying here with our 8-month-old baby. The staff went above and beyond to support us, even purchasing a brand-new baby bath for our convenience. The location is also perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Highly recommended!

Cons:

For future improvements, it would be more hygienic if the trash bins had lids (couvercle), and we would have loved to see a few more local food choices at breakfast.

Top verblijf - geweldig
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers, goed eten. Zwembad is erg schoon en de tuin is erg goed onderhouden.
Het personeel kent iedereen bij voornaam en komt iedere ochtend even inchecken of alles oké is en of ze nog ergens bij kunnen helpen. Het strand is nog geen 5 minuten lopen, of met de fiets die je gratis kunt gebruiken nog korter.
