I extended by stay and would have done so again if they had rooms.
Pros:

Friendly and efficient staff , always helpful and understanding.Free bikes, lovely well serviced pool area. Reception assisted with transport doctors enquiries and were well informed. Electric shuttle into town was punctual and easy to use. Room service was great and breakfast very tasty. Always free water and fruit in the lobby. Service staff were efficient and did a great job.

L'emplacement, le personnel très sympa, la piscine, la chambre

Cons:

pour la sécurité, le boitier électrique fixé sur le mur extérieur, rouillé avec fils apparents près du sol à 50 cm de la piscine
Le pommeau de la douche de la piscine qui est complètement rouillé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cet hotel et avons ete tres bien accueillis : chambres spacieuses et propres, personnel sympathique et aux petits soins, très bon petit déjeuner,..
Une super piscine pour se raffraichir et se prélasser dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant
La navette pour rejoindre la vieille ville est un vrai plus.
Tout était parfait
Si nous devions revenir a Hoi An, nous reviendrons sans hésiter..

The pool was a axing after a hot day . I also found the staff so helpful with booking tours ,helping with transfers to next destination and just information about the area

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné et sincèrement tourné notre bien-être.
Nous avons rencontré un petit souci lié à notre chambre au début du séjour, mais ce qui fait toute la différence, c’est la manière dont cela a été pris en charge. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Iris et Lybbi, qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme, d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Elles ont su transformer cette situation en une expérience encore plus agréable grâce à leurs nombreuses petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Elles ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour mémorable et des plus agréables.
Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons avec grand plaisir. ❤️
