A perfect stay
Pros:

This hotel was by far the best we had during our holiday in Vietnam. The service was excilent, the breakfast was great, and the room was just perfect for our family of 4.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing to complain in this hotel.

Great quiet place in Hoi An
Pros:

The staff are very welcoming, friendly, professional and very genuine. The Hotel is very clean and beautiful. The food is great, many options available at the buffet wherever your from. The cleaning staff is quick to respond. They are very helpful and honest in ensuring that you know what to expect when visiting the site's. We spent 2 nights and 3 days from Danag. I love the openness and quietness here. We would definitely visit again.

Cons:

The mattress maybe could have been a little softer. But that may be a personal preference.

Замечательный отель! Просторные комнаты, обеденная зона, кухня имеет все необходимое оборудование для длительного проживания. Комфортно, чисто, уютно. Два санузла, два балкончика. Постель белоснежная, матрас комфортный. Завтраки достойные, разнообразятся через несколько дней. И главное - замечательный персонал: Iris, Wendy, Mira, libbi. Им можно смело вручить "золотые ключи"! Молодые, энергичные, доброжелательные люди сделали наш отдых приятным. По нашей просьбе был заказан столик в Буфете "посейдон", для нас приобретались билеты на Ба На Хилс, для нас открывался массажный салон (рекомендую уход за лицом!!!), для нас бронировались места для поездки в город Хойан, для нас в холле с бильярдным столом Джек ставил вентилятор, так как там нет кондиционера, дважды заказывали еду прямо в номер из ресторана при отеле. Все любезно, безукоризненно, тактично. Вобщем все для гостей! Несмотря на то что, что не сезон и на пляже ведутся строительные работы, отель был полон людей! Иногда ходили ужинать в переулок, который тянется вдоль первой линии, там много кафешек. Через дорогу на углу есть банкомат. В километре от отеле налево есть магазин продуктовый, где можно купить фрукты. Море было разное, и дожди, и волны, и штиль! Спасибо отелю!

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Hatten zuerst vier Nächte hier gebucht und dann nochmal um zwei Nächte verlängert. Wirklich ein wunderbares Hotel zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Die Frauen an der Rezeption waren super nett und haben bei jedem Problem geholfen. Cool war auch der Standort des Hotels: wir wollten eigentlich direkt in die Innenstadt, haben uns dann aber wegen dem Shuttle Service umentschieden. Der Service hat super funktioniert und die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand war im Nachhinein sogar besser als in der Stadt. Es gibt genug Läden und Restaurants in Laufweite und mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man auch super schnell den schöneren An Bang Beach.

Pros:

Милейший персонал, очень приветливы, внимательно и уважительно относятся к просьбам гостей. Честно говоря за эти деньги это топ. По отелю претензий нет, уборка каждый день, завтраки норм, бассейн чистый, супер удобная кровать и подушки.

Cons:

К отелю это не относится, но, чтобы попасть на нормальный пляж, надо прокатится на велике и прогуляться довольно далеко, что для нас было приемлемо, с детьми наверное будет не удобно, плюс любители караоке в округе, это пение конечно нечто.

Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed (and more than 2 pillows!). The location is excellent for access to the beach and cycling around the rice paddies. Relaxing pool and massages. Highly recommend!

Cons:

A minor suggestion is to replace some of the brake pads on the bikes.

Pros:

Qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding verreweg het beste hotel die wij gehad hebben in Vietnam! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en hielp ons met alles. Iets wat er ook uit sprong was dat je niet extra hoefde te betalen voor roomservice!

10/10 would return, really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great facility with a pool table, ping pong table and a VERY basic fitness room. There’s many other gyms around though, so no biggie. The staff was crazy nice and always there to help. Let us hang by the pool until the evening after checkout so we could wait for our next bus.
The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast buffet size was decent but very good quality wise.

Cons:

There’s no bathroom door, only curtains. That might be an upgrade.

Pros:

Amazing facilities, clean and spacious rooms and pool was alaways nice to dip after a long day out. Really felt the staff were friendly and very caring to me and my family. Great value for money, with a few small improvements this hotel would be an exceptional stay.
Pros:

Great value for money, staff frequently check in and are always willing to help. Good location to the beach and free shuttle to the old town. Breakfast is as little as £4, rooms are clean and comfortable, pool is a decent size and for all ages, definitely worth the price you pay.

Cons:

At the time we went, it was advertised as having a private beach- which it has- only it was closed due to flooding damage. I think this should have been clear when booking. They have a restaurant which serves some western food - I would avoid personally. The pizza was not great, however I can imagine the Vietnamese food was very good. The laundry service also slightly burnt my top, which the staff did their best to rectify. However we really enjoyed our stay so I still think this hotel is a great option in Hoi An.
