Bereits das 2. Mal Roatel genutzt, werd ich bei Bedarf auch wiederholen
Pros:

Zweckmäßige, clevere (Einfach-)Einrichtung, die im Prinzip alles hat, was es für einen Kurzaufenthalt („1 Nacht“) wirklich braucht.
Sehr freundliche u. saubere „Housekeeperin“ in Kirchberg !

Cons:

Beengtes Raumverhältnis, dass aber der zweckmäßigen Bau-/Einrichtungsweise geschuldet ist u. für Kurzaufenthalt auch durchaus ausreichend ist.
Mit „großem Gepäck“ wirds halt dann aber schon räumlich eng in der „Kemenate“

Alles unkompliziert und richtig gut durchdacht! Link für Schlüssel funktioniert tadellos und alles erfreulich!
Pros:

Alles da was man braucht. Sehr sauber! Schalldämmung ist Goldwert! Personal ist erreichbar und man muss sich nicht mit irgendwelchen ki Optionen durch stottern. Eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts wurde problemlos und innerhalb 2 Minuten erledigt. Klimaanlage funktioniert top.
Ausstattung ist für die Größe und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Lage ist einfach unschön. Aber auch wirklich das einzige, dass man nennenswert bemängeln könnte

"And now for something completely different..."
Truly different and unique concept. Late night arrival, leaving few hours later. Everything need can be found literally on few square meters. 
Nice, modern and functional design, everything in order, clean.

Cons:

Air extractor did want to stop long time after shower so I had to switch it off in the main fuse box manually. 
Completely missing noise insulation between sleeping units.

1. TV tot. Wahrscheinlich braucht Fernbedienung neue Batterien
2. Wenn das Zimmer bis 11:00 gebucht ist, dann ist es nicht OK, wenn die Reinigungskraft die Tür um 10:45 aufreißt!!
