Ein gut ausgestattetes, großes Zimmer. Praktischer und einfacher Self-Checkin. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl an frischen, teils selbst gemachten Köstlichkeiten und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist modern, gradlinig, nachhaltige Materialien. Das Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Frühstücksauswahl grad richtig mit gutem Kaffee.

Im "Inn" wird an allem gespart. Die Zimmer haben vielleicht 10 m2 (ohne Bad), die Ausstattung ist nur das absolute Notwendigste, es gibt keine Textilien im Zimmer, es gibt pro Gast nur ein Badetuch, ein Handtuch gab es nicht. Man legt anscheinend Wert darauf, das sich der Gast ja nicht wohl fühlt. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, aber sehr einfach und wenig. Man darf sich da nicht viel erwarten. Und das zum Preis eines 4-Stern Hotels!!! Knapp 180 Euro pro DZ und Nacht ist eine Zumutung. Die Lage hat Industrie-Charme und das Gebäude ist ein Industriebau.
Eine Absteige! Der SelfeCheckIn ist uninteligent, dauert 15 Minuten und ist das Gegenteil einer Wertschätzung dem Gast gegenüber.
Einzig das Personal ist freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Danke den braven Menschen!
Wenn der Betreiber des "Inns" zu den Mitarbeitern genauso wertschätzend ist wie zu den Gästen, dann tun mir diese wirklich Menschen leid. Das haben sie nicht verdient!
