Pros:

Camere pulite e ben tenute. Lavanderia molto comoda e gratuita.

Cons:

Il personale: abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare la colazione di 10 minuti perché dovevamo prendere il treno, risposta: "no" senza spiegazioni o un "mi dispiace non è possibile".
In generale ad ogni domanda era sempre una risposta monosillabica.
La colazione: ma si può servire la colazione solo dalle 8 alle 10 senza nemmeno possibilità di preparare qualcosa prima per chi deve partire o visitare la città la mattina presto?
L'igiene: bellissimi i gatti e adorabili i cuccioli. Ottima trovata ma dover mangiare sugli stessi tavoli dove fanno dormire i gatti non mi sembra il massimo. Poteva andare bene se fossero stati in ambienti separati ma tenere una colonia di gatti nella lobby e nel bar è profondamente antiigienico e pericoloso.
Purtroppo il peggiore soggiorno di questa vacanza in Cina

Very good value for money, spacious room, clean, with everything I needed. The window can be opened which was great. Staff were very nice. It was very nice to see the cats at the lobby.

Pros:

Wir waren hier für 1 Nacht und dafür war es in Ordnung. Zimmer war recht sauber. Die Ausstattung sah auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus. Neben dem Hotel befinden sich direkt 2 Convenience stores.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unmotiviert und man musste Ihnen alles "aus der Nase ziehen".
Im Flur roch es sehr stark nach Rauch.
Frühstück war erst ab 8 Uhr, was für uns zu spät war. So hatten wir es zwar gebucht (und bezahlt) aber leider konnten wir es nicht wahrnehmen. Ein Hinweis auf das späte Frühstück vorab, wäre gut gewesen.
Hotel liegt etwas fernab und ist scheinbar auch für Einheimische nicht leicht zu finden.

Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegen 2 kleine Supermärkte. Zimmer war nicht groß aber doch recht sauber.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great hotel, nice breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Our son was over the moon to have a Nintendo Switch in the room! They have the cutest kitties - local hotel residents. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay near the Xian bustling Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower and the Wall. Bonus if you are a cat lover or gamer.

Pros:

Soggiorno di 3 notti, hall accogliente e pulita, personale disponibile e gentile con livello di inglese basilare.
Camera abbastanza spaziosa. Bagno diffuso, lavandino in camera, doccia e wc in stanze separate.
Ottima pulizia generale.
Frigobar funzionante.
Ogni giorno cambiano asciugamani e lasciano bottiglie di acqua.
Molto apprezzata la cat Therapy, ci sono gatti liberi di girare per la hall.
Adiacente all'ingresso c'è un market molto fornito che chiude alle 23.
Non abbiamo mai utilizzato il servizio bar quindi non possiamo giudicare

Cons:

Unica cosa "negativa" è il bagno separato.

Nice room, shame about the cigarette smell in a non-smoking room

Pros:

Excellent. Booked 2 bed-room - got upgraded to 3. Nice, clean, big, very comfy beds, modern, funky (do not judge by the outside of the hotel - which is not that obvious and easy to find), switch in the room, free bottled water, kids enjoyed the cat's in the cat caffee. Convinient store just below. 10 minutes walk to the city wall, 25 to the happening area around the bell tower.
Highly recommended.

Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung...
Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick ganz modern ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war recht sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattete. Neben dem Hotel sind 2 Convenient center. Sehr praktisch. Der Preis für das Zimmer war schon ziemlich günstig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist von außen nicht gut zu erkennen . Die Mitarbeiter waren leider sehr unmotiviert und man musste Ihnen alles "aus der Nase" ziehen. Frühstück gab es erst um 8 Uhr - für uns leider zu spät, da wir früh bei der Terrakotta Armee sein wollten. Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles recht modern aus - auf den zweiten Block merkt man die Qualität doch eindeutig. Auf dem Flur roch es definitiv nach Rauch. Eine Toilettenrolle für 3 Gäste sind schon recht knapp bemessen.
Wir haben uns hier nicht so wohl gefühlt und waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort.

Very nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

Super clean, spacious and modern. Free teas at the reception and it was obvious that the staff members liked the cats and looked after them well!

Cons:

It is a bit tricky to navigate from outside, it had a bit different signs and the staff did not speak English basically at all

Schönes Hotel und sehr süße Katzen
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großen, modernen und komfortablen Zimmern. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man erreicht die Altstadt fußläufig. Ein echtes Highlight waren die süßen Katzen.
