Appartamento a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram n.42 che porta in centro, spazioso ma necessita di una ristrutturazione: il bagno vecchio con la vasca e la tenda, la cucina spartana, ambiente deludente rispetto alle foto pubblicate.

Cons:

SCARSA insonorizzazione (visto che la camera era proprio affacciata su una strada di grande percorrenza) per me è stato difficile dormire. Mancanza di un condizionatore e il piccolo ventilatore fornito era scadente e praticamente inutile. Le foto pubblicate sono relative a tantissimi appartamenti diversi, pertanto non sono rappresentative del posto che poi si prenota.

Not recommended for summer — Poor communication and extreme heat
Cons:

This apartment is definitely not prepared for hot weather. We stayed in Vienna for three days during a heatwave where temperatures reached 37°C. There was only one small fan for four people, which made it absolutely impossible to sleep at night due to the extreme heat.
Additionally, the pillows desperately need to be replaced—sleeping on them was basically like sleeping on a sheet of paper. I highly recommend avoiding this place during the summer months.

We also had issues checking in. It was 3:00 PM (the official check-in time) and we still hadn't received our access PIN, which delayed our entry until after 3:30 PM.

Właściciel to oszust, odwołał nasz pobyt 45 minut przed przyjazdem na miejsce, zarekomendował nam inną droższą lokalizację i obiecał pokryć różnicę w cenie (wiadomość wysłał poza poza portalem booking, z prywatnego telefonu), ale nie dotrzymał słowa - finalnie do wyjazdu musiałem dopłacić ponad 140 EUR pomimo, że miałem całą z nim korespondencję w SMS. Po anulowaniu rezerwacji nie odpowiadał już na moje wiadomości, kontakt z nim był już niemożliwy. Pierwszy pobyt w Wiedniu to koszmar, masa stresu :(

Not as nice as expected, good location and spacious.
Pros:

Near transport to the city, double bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Plenty of utensils for the kitchen. The host was helpful in responding to queries.

Cons:

The single bed was extremely uncomfortable and not possible to sleep on. The sofa bed was a slightly more comfortable option. The shower head kept coming down and the drains were clogged in the shower and sink. The interior was not as nice as the pictures displayed. The noise outside (though reviews warned us) was much louder than expected and hard to sleep. The fridge had a terrible smell. The WiFi was not working on arrival (6pm) and didn’t get a response until the following day.

Bardzo przyjemne, ładne mieszkanie, blisko metra. Nie było problemów z dostaniem się do mieszkania. Było czysto. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona (garnki, miski, talerze, sztuce itp. kostki do zmywarki).
