Excellent hotel. Great wifi, good rooms, great breakfast spread! Also, the restaurant is open basically all day which suits us early eaters. The staff were all friendly despite the language barrier. The pickup from the airport was included and was very convenient.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and close walking distance to the square with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfast. We received a upgrade for our room with a jacuzzi tub and massage chair. Muchas gracias!

The hotel’s location is excellent, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and a small shopping mall nearby.
There was no extra toilet paper provided in the room. I recommend placing an additional roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so guests don’t have to go to the restroom repeatedly to get more.

La atencion que me brindaron cuando LATAM suspendio mi vuelo fue unica y excelente!
1. Carece de calentador agua en la habitacion.
2. Las cortinas no son black-out y cuando amace la habitacion se ilumina.
3. Se hospedaron muchos estudiantes de colegio que causaban un caos en loz pasadillos y por mas que nos quejamos, seguian en su fiesta.
4. En la noche, las luces se activan por sensor, que en el caso mio, no funcionaba.
5. Yo salia a las 4am y no se me ofrecio algun desayuno- caja o un cafe.
Estas observaciones son para mejorar.
