The hotel was truly exceptional. You have to experience the atmosphere of this place to understand just how incredible it is. We’ve been here several times and are already planning our next trip. It really is an oasis, and we can’t wait for our next visit!
The staff was friendly, food was nice, room was cold enough during the day
The main pool shown in the pictures is open to only people staying at the bungalos. It was a dissapointment to learn that at check in. I wish I knew that before booling the room

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Fake advertisement
Never come across such deceptive, lying, rude and absolutely intolerable staff members. The room was definitely not what I paid for!! They put us in the further room with no wifi, no three beds as promised, the pool shown in the photos is only for bungalow guests.

Die putzkraft waren sehr aufdringlich wollten extra Trinkgeld ganze Zeit und haben nicht einmal das Zimmer in der Zeit 1 mal gewischt die Bettwäsche in der ganzen Zeit nicht 1 mal gewechselt
