Important information:

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:30 to 19:30.

A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Guests are not allowed to check-in after 23:00. Electricity is charged extra and will be calculated at check-out based on consumption.

The average cost amounts to EUR 40 per week for apartments and around EUR 30 for Studios.

Magnifique écrin fleuri proche de la mer.
Pros:

Domaine fleuri, très bien entretenu, piscine soignée, jacuzzi particulier très apprécié. Nous avons même pu recharger la voiture sur place. Merci à Laura et Giorgia pour leur suivi durant notre séjour, vraiment très sympa et Laura parle Français.

Incredible and relaxing stay in Ogliastra
Pros:

Thanks so much for hosting us in a wonderful place! Laura and Giorgia have been splendind throughout the period with tips, suggestions, supporting us always with a fantastic smile! Our accomodation was amazing: clean, well furnished, with a nice terrace, our jacuzzi, our bbq...much more than we needed for a fantastic stay. On top he places you can reach by car in less than 30 minutes are so great (beaches, mountains, natural pools) so we couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

The experience has been great, nothing went wrong. If you book this location you will not regret the experience.

Un séjour magnifique.
Pros:

L'accueil et la disponibilité de Laura et Giorgia, ainsi que le personnel, tant pour l'entretien des espaces verts et des logements, étaient au delà de nos espérances. Tout ce personnel est toujours à disposition pour trouver des solutions à nos besoins et questions. Nous constatons que le centre des préoccupations de tout le personnel est le client. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe.

Cons:

Certains restaurateurs, notamment en bord de mer, ne sont pas à la hauteur du lieu où nous avons logé, dommage que l'attention n'est pas mieux prêtée aux clients. Par contre, les restaurants que Laura et Giorgia nous ont conseillés étaient fantastiques.

Top Anlage in guter Lage, Personal sehr freundlich

Sehr schöne und top gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😎☀️☀️☀️
Ausflug mit dem Auto auf den Monte Ferru zur Feuerwache ist sehr zu empfehlen! Man kann, bis auf die letzten 1,1 km, mit dem Auto gut hinauffahren 👍

A wonderful place for a peaceful family vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!
Pros:

We had an unforgettable stay at Ville d’Ogliastra! The private patio with a BBQ was an absolute highlight—we enjoyed many relaxing evenings there. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for anyone looking to unwind.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always available, and happy to help with anything we needed. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

As a lovely welcome, we were greeted with a bottle of excellent Sardinian wine, which was a wonderful touch and made us feel at home from the very beginning.

The villa is also a great base for exploring the area. Just a 30-minute drive away is the port of Arbatax, where you can take an unforgettable 8-hour boat trip to spectacular beaches that are accessible only by sea. It was one of the highlights of our Sardinia trip and is absolutely worth experiencing.


We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Cons:

The only minor downside is that the village has very limited infrastructure. If you need a supermarket or larger shops, you’ll need a car, as the nearest one is about a 10-minute drive away.

Velká spokojenost
Pros:

Vybavení kuchyňky bylo dostačující pro běžný provoz. Oceňuji kávovar. Skvělý byl gril u každého domečku. Živý plot zajišťoval soukromí. Místnosti byly prostorné, čisté a nově vybavené. Klimatizace byla v každém pokoji. Bonusem byla i pračka pro každý domeček. Líbil se mi systém pro tříděný odpad. Personál každý večer odvážel odpadky od domu. Další plus ubytování je velký bazén s menšími bazénky pro děti. Celý komplex byl oplocený a příjezd byl zajištěn elektronickou bránou. Lokalita je klidná, ale nenabízí příliš možností k vyžití a toulání se místy, kde to žije zábavou. Měli jsme k dispozici auto, takže když jsme potřebovali nakoupit, zajeli jsme do nedalekého městečka.

Cons:

Jednou stěnou sousedily dva domečky a stěny byly poměrně tenké, takže šlo slyšet sousedy.
