The staff has no idea what they’re doing in the casino and the hotel

The room was very nice.

Cons:

The front desk person didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I booked through booking.com and they could not find our reservation. And I thought I peed through Booking.com but they charged me $345.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Bell Desk was so very nice. The gentleman took out suitcases and bags wouldn't let us touch them. Ver nice and polite.

Cons:

When we came into the hotel the lady that was at the desk just looked at me until I spoke to her first no greeting.
Then they said that they lost our reservations. I had to show them that i had a confirmation number. Come to find out that when they were looking for our reservation, they canceled it. The front desk and the supervisor on duty were very rude and made us pay again for the room after it was already paid for. I had to wait for 3 days for the bank to remove it from my card. The staff at the desk was rude and didn't care about helping.

Easy, convenient and fun!
Pros:

Live Casino is my go to when traveling. I usually book a room the night before I leave. Parking has never been an issue and just minutes from where I park when flying out. Very convenient for me and plenty to do while I'm there.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.
