Super dejlig oplevelse alt i alt
Pros:

Ligger centralt i byen. Fint værelse. Alt fungerede tilfredsstillende. Vi nød vores dage i Sæby og vender rigtig gerne tilbage til hotellet

Cons:

Vi fandt ikke ud af at bruge fjernsynet men det er helt sikkert vores egen fejl

Stay away, for your own peace of mind

Cons:

Everything. They also downgraded our room without notifying us, so we ended up with fewer beds than we booked for. No compensation provided. The room is simple. The room is extremely hot. The wall to wall carpet is dirty. They charge fees and issues fines for literally everything. Even if you want to call them, which is 200 DKK. (Nice way to drain guests for money, by messing up reservations so guests need to make this phone call?). One fee is even up to 10000 DKK.

Til 2 personer ville det have været fint til prisen. Vi havde booket 2 nætter, men blev kun 1.
Pros:

Centralt. Rent.

Cons:

Høj musik til ud på natten fra café i nabo bygningen.
Vi havde booket til 3 personer, det er værelset for lille til.
Den ekstra seng fandt vi selv ude på gangen, med dyne og hovedpude lagt ovenpå. Der manglede lagen. Da en af os lige havde lagt sig røg den ene lamel - og vi kunne se at der allerede manglede en.
Stedet er ubemandet og prøvede forgæves at få fat i udlejer for at få et lagen.
På badeværelset var der kun kroge til 2 håndklæder. Ingen hylde til sæbe mm.

Når jeg ringer snakke med hotel kontrakt personale, han er sur og råber meget , når han forklare noget.

Very good
Pros:

Property should change the old rules. If I stay at hotel I won’t take the garbage out it’s the cleaner jobs and dishawasher not available even in the rule it was written put on the dish washing machine.
