Un sejur reușit .
Pros:

Mâncarea a fost delicioasă, băuturi de calitate. Plaja foarte frumoasă, piscine curate .
Chef ul era prezent în bucătărie în permanență, iar toate preparate arătau impecabil , gustul fiind minunat.

Cons:

Personalul d la recepție când am ajuns. Nu am plătit parcare la hotel, am găsit imediat în apropiere o parcare gratuită. Personalul văzând ca nu parcam la ei au avut o atitudine răutăcioasă, impunându ne ca în 5 min Max să ne organizăm să mutăm mașina. Menționez ca în hotel erau câteva camere rezervate și locuri suficiente lângă noi dacă voia altcineva să parcheze.

Нас переселили в GRIFID Encanto ,хороший отель еда вкусная,хотя и не очень разнообразная. В общей массе персонал был дружелюбный и услужливый,в целом и общем это твердая 8ка из 10,поверьте опытному туристу,если сомневаетесь-не сомневайтесь! Не плохой сервис за свои деньги!очень близко к морю,удачные бассейны.

Cons:

Девушки-индонезийки были не очень приветливы и делали свою работу,через «не хочу».Но это мелочи,так как парни- индонезийцы были очень полезными и дружелюбными(понятия не имею почему так). На Баре много не довольных барменов Болгар(далеко не все,их супервайзер был очень хорош),многие из них изучали меню пока готовили коктейли и при мне обсуждали «привлекательную» внешность девушки румынки,пока я ждал кофе (они думали я не понимаю их язык)

Perfect pentru familii cu copii
Pros:

Totul! Personal amabil, curățenie, mâncare bună și diversa chiar și pentru copii , activități pentru copii, piscina și loc de joaca pentru copii pe plaja cu umbră, marea superba, plaja curată, am găsit șezlonguri sau dacă erau "rezervate" personalul le elibera și ne găsea loc. Bautură bună, alcoolice de import la 3 dintre barurile lor. Nu-ți poți dori mai mult de la un hotel pentru întreaga familie, minibar inclus și realimentat zilnic

Ca parcarea se plătește... Dar asa este în toată stațiunea.. Și e 20 de leva /zi... Destul de mult

Vederea de la balcon superbă... Cel mai frumos răsărit... A ajutat și marea care a avut un degrade suoerb...

Mâncarea gustoasa...

Piscina interioara încălzită a fost o varianta buna de a ne bucura de bălăceală in zilele in care marea a fost agitata si când afară era mai racoare....

Întreg personalul cu zâmbetul pe buze dornic sa te ajute...

Minibarul aprovizionat zilnic oferea un plus...

Piscinele sunt adânci... Pentru cei care nu știu să înoate este exclusă o bălăceală...

Mâncarea gustoasa dar nu foarte variată... La fiecare masa găseai totuși ceva pe gustul fiecăruia...

Un sejur placut alaturi de familie.
Pros:

Locatia si serviciile foarte bune. Mancarea destul de variata si pentru toate gusturile. Barurile sunt foarte bine aprovizionate si timpul de asteptare este scurt. Plaja privata este curata si sunt suficiente sezlonguri

Cons:

Rezervarile pentru restaurantele a la carte sunt greu de obtinut - min. 4 zile in avans. Restaurantul cu specific bulgaresc avea un meniu foarte limitat si care nu merita avand in vedere optiunile din restaurantul principial.
Parcarea este departe si contra cost - destul de neamenajata. Dar nu am avut probleme si transferul a fost asigurat de hotel.

Pros:

Super hotel with all-inclusive at a very high level.A wonderful hotel, quite young, wonderful interior inside, comfortable rooms, with a beautiful view of the sea, which is just a stone's throw away. The hotel has its private beach with a bar, a few steps from the hotel. Nearby are small children's water slides. The pool is located a little off the path to the beach, but it is quite comfortable, it is very warm, and there is a bar. For children, the pool is a little deep (1.6 m), so you need to use swimming rings or something similar.

The hotel has excellent staff, one of the best we have seen. They do a great job: from morning entertainment by the pool, good evening shows, to super cool parties right on the beach in the evening. The staff team is quite young, friendly, welcoming, always ready to help. Special thanks to the main person responsible for entertainment Tony for all the activities, especially for water polo.

The hotel's cuisine should definitely be highlighted. The food is of very high quality for all all-inclusive. Everything is delicious, organized at a very high level, the chef is almost always present in the restaurant hall, and you can pass your feedback directly to him. I especially liked the late breakfast from 10:00 to 12:00, when you can choose several different breakfasts from the menu, and they will cook them for you separately. The portions are large and tasty.

In general, this hotel left the best impressions, both about itself and about Bulgaria in general. I highly recommend it.
