Prelep apartman u najlepsem gradu.
Pros:

Jako je lepa lokacija i sam kraj, suvise prijatno mesto, apartman je bio taman.

Cons:

Nije mi se dopalo sam pristup sredjiavnju, bili smo 9 dana, niko nije pitao da se zamene peskiri ili posteljina barem jedan dan, ili da neko prodje da samo pocisti.

Todas as noites houve muito barulho feito pelos vizinhos que estavam no quarto ao lado do meu era malta jovem e só queriam festa desde falarem muito alto até música nas alturas pela madrugada dentro.

DECEPCIONANTE RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante y, sinceramente, no consideramos que el apartamento esté a la altura del precio que pagamos.

Nada más llegar, la puerta exterior de acceso daba error con frecuencia y en varias ocasiones tuvimos que introducir el código hasta 5 veces para conseguir entrar.

El apartamento se anunciaba con DOS BAÑOS COMPLETOS, que fue precisamente uno de los motivos por los que decidimos pagar más por el loft en lugar de reservar una habitación normal. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con una nota en inglés indicando que UNA DE LAS DUCHAS, LA MÁS GRANDE, NO PODÍA UTILIZARSE debido a unas goteras que estaba provocando en el piso de abajo. La ducha estaba incluso tapada con plástico para impedir que se utilizara. Esto supone que una de las prestaciones principales por las que pagamos no estaba disponible durante toda nuestra estancia.

Además, encontramos el apartamento en unas condiciones bastante mejorables: el sofá estaba MANCHADO POR TODAS PARTES Y SIN NINGÚN TIPO DE FUNDA (tuvimos que taparlo nosotros con una sábana extra), el frigorífico estaba sucio y, para nuestra sorpresa, ni siquiera disponía de congelador. Tampoco habían dejado toallas de manos en ninguno de los dos baños. Las solicitamos y, a pesar de que nuestra estancia fue de 5 días, NUNCA LLEGARON A TRAÉRNOSLAS.

La ducha que sí se podía utilizar tampoco funcionaba correctamente. LA PUERTA NO SE PODÍA CERRAR Y SE QUEDABA ABIERTA, por lo que el agua terminaba saliéndose y mojando el suelo de al lado de la cama, incluso teniendo cuidado. Esta incidencia también fue comunicada y no recibimos ninguna solución.

La televisión tampoco funcionaba correctamente, ya que el audio no estaba sincronizado con la imagen y se reproducía a una velocidad diferente.

Lo más decepcionante fue la FALTA DE RESPUESTA POR PARTE DEL ALOJAMIENTO.

Sehr angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, es war alles da was man braucht und der Strand ist fußläufig super schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm und es fehlt an nichts.

Cons:

Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal einwenig mehr Müllbeutel etc zur Verfügung stellen.

Pros:

Appartamento bello e funzionale. Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia e vicinissima alla fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro di Valencia. Nella zona sono presenti numerosi negozi e locali carini.

Posizione comoda vicino al mare, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario a parte le cose da comprare come carta igienica, scottex olio sale ecc, piccole dimensioni ma con tutto, ci si sta dentro bene, signora delle pulizie molto gentile che ci ha aiutato.

Cons:

Muri un po' fini, si sente tutto, portone d'ingresso allo stabile che spesso servivano più tentativi di inserimento del codice prima che si aprisse e cuscini duri

Great stay, great location, great hosts
Pros:

Great location, your around the corner from the beach. Also the hosts were quick to reply to any questions and the rooms were clean and perfect for a short stay. There was a problem with a leakage in one of the rooms but we were quickly offered a refund and it was only a minor inconvenience.

Cons:

The pillows were maybe a bit hard, but for most of us this was no problem. Only if you have trouble sleeping with this maybe request an extra pillow or something. For us it was fine
