Pros:

Posizione interessante e molto tranquilla vicino alle fermate bus e ai cassonetti della spazzatura ( e non è una cosa da poco quando soggiorni per più di due gg .!)
Siamo stati bene

Cons:

Forse se posso suggerire qualcosa all host, visto che è concepito come appartamento e non un hotel, cose che possono servire all ospite come tovaglioli o scottex, sale e zucchero… insomma le cose essenziali, andrebbero messe.
Ad ogni modo abbiamo messo un buon voto perché l esperienza è stata comunque molto gradevole

brilliant place that i would recommend to any couple
Pros:

Loved the location only two blocks from the beach, right on a main road with bus links maybe 50 meters from the door, loved the layout of the place with the mezzanine and two bathrooms/showers. close to the mercabanyal as well which is a very cool little spot, while still being very peaceful

Sofa is sort of just basic i guess? I really dont have anything bad to say

The location, new building and furniture.

Cons:

1 towels set was missing and I reached out both via WhatsApp and customer support number, both confirming I would have got the missing towels I never got. I had to ask the cleaners myself in order to get unfolded towels. In the room there was a very bad smell I had to cover with special products. The bed sheet had makeup spots. Incredibly uncomfortable pillows and bed.

Unico problemino: la doccia al piano superiore non funzionava. L’acqua usciva solo dal rubinetto e quindi non si poteva usarla.

Pros:

Very modern apartment had everything we needed was not noisy and no mosquitos . Great location 8 mins to beach and an easy bus ride into town . Spotlessly clean and helpful management . Well equiped had a great week

Cons:

Only 1 pillow and an info pack would have been helpful . Ie how to get around etc .

Pleasant enough but would not use again. Prefer a normal hotel, room cleaned daily

Good location, close to the beach and 40 min walk into old town. Pleasant walk

Cons:

No fresh towels provided at all during the stay. Could have done with more toilet paper. I think it should be mentioned somewhere that the room is not cleaned at all and that you’re asked to take your rubbish out before you leave. I would have chosen a different place

Moc doporučuji - výborná lokalita, vstřícnost hostitele
Pros:

Výborná lokalita (dostupnost MHD do města je fantastická - buď přímým autobusem, nebo tramvají s přestupem na metro, což jsme preferovali). Kousek od pláže, a kolem ubytování je hodně restauraci, baru a supermarketu (i Mercadona).
Postel byla velmi pohodlná - hlavně oceňují kvalitní polštáře, to se málo kdy vidí :). Ubytování bylo velmi čisté, výborně vybavené (jak kuchyně, tak klimatizace, Smart televize, fén apod.) - kapsle na kávu byl příjemný bonus.
Velmi ocenujeme i možnost self check inu.

Cons:

Přes zdi je opravdu hodně slyšet, ale přijde mi, že je relativně časté u hotelů a podobných :). V hodnoceních jsme se dočetli o ruchu z tramvají - ano slyšíte je, ale trvá to asi 5 sekund a pak jsou pryč. Navíc nejsou večer frekventované, nic hrozného :).
