Cons:

Sofá sucio. Problemas con la cerradura del apartamento, no pudimos usar los códigos. el sistema es cómodo pero las cerraduras tanto del portal como de los apartamentos son baratas y no funcionaban bien. El apartamento tuvimos que usar una llave que nos facilitaron y el portal tuve que colocar el teclado varias veces porque se caía.

Really good value for money!
Pros:

The location is great especially if you want to explore Lisbon. Commute links are good and constant. There are nice brunch and lunch spots in close proximity. The host texted me well in advance to send a list of things nearby to do and offer themselves should we need anything during our stay, which was really nice. The flat was equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine and the host even provided tablets for it!

Cons:

There was no key, instead there was a padlock that you had to put a 6-digit code every time to get in and out which I think wasn’t great because I had my phone stolen and I struggled to reprieve the code and get in the apartment.

Very comfortable stay. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was very convenient, close to supermarket, restrants and sightseeing. It's about 5-10 mins walk from Rossio Metro station because there are stairs. You can use the elevators inside the Rossio Train station, which is in front of the apartment (not Metro but Train station) if you want to avoid the stairs. There is an elevator, ACs and a washing machine in our apartment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There is a metal door stop poking out of the floor in front of the toilet, which I hit my toe on twice. It is very difficult to see due to the color of the floor. Painting it or putting some covering on it will help.

Decepción en Lisboa

Dos partes tiene esta historia, no te pierdas la segunda.
1)Al llegar la cerradura con código no funcionaba y estábamos 3 pisos esperando en la puerta uno de ellos con niños pequeños. Tras varias intentonas de llamar por teléfono al anfitrión y al teléfono que estaba en la puerta al único que le cogieron el teléfono fue a mi y fue para decirme que no sabían cuánto tiempo iban a tardar en solucionarlo, que me llamarían pasados 10 minutos para decírmelo, no me volvieron a llamar. Ante lo cual volví a intentar acceder hasta que lo conseguí por mis propios medidas pasados 45 minutos desde mi llegada.
2)No contentos con esto me llaman nuevamente para indicarme si puedo bajar a abrirle al reparador , 00:30 de la noche, yo ya dormido con mi pareja. Bajo y para mi sorpresa me
Encuentro otro grupo de huéspedes que me dan todos los gracias por abriles la puerta porque ellos no podían, me habían utilizado de portero automático.
Conclusión, me parece una auténtica vergüenza que con lo que cobran por el hospedaje no dispongan de alguien para solucionar en Lisboa(ya que los número que me llamaban eran desde Madrid) a la hora que sea este tipo de encidencias. Me escribieron pidiéndome mil disculpas etc etc, pero el mal rato ya nos lo habían hecho pasar, 0 compensación. NO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIE JAMAS ESTE ALOJAMIENTO. Me da la impresión de que buscan el maximo beneficio al más bajo coste posible y si esto supone ni molestarse en mandar a alguien a abrir una puerta estropeada, pues que se aguanten, son turistas que ya han pagado.

The location was great and near everything!

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. The floors and walls were very dirty, as were the sofa and the carpet. We had to cover the sofa with blankets so that we could sit on it. The top bunk bed also smelled strongly of vomit, making it impossible to sleep there.

When I informed the staff about the cleanliness issues, they asked me to send photos of the apartment, which I did. They said they would come and inspect the room, but apparently they never did. Instead, they claimed they had not seen the photos I had sent. I also asked the possibility to change the room but the staff didn't respond to that either.

The room was nothing like the description or photos advertised by the hotel. I cannot recommend this place because of the poor condition of the accommodation and the way the staff handled our complaints.
