J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vraiment !

L’hôtel est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et une plage privée. L’ensemble du personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant, disponible et professionnel. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli.

Je tiens également à souligner tout particulièrement le professionnalisme de la Manager. J’ai rencontré un petit problème durant mon séjour, mais il a été réglé en moins de 24 heures, avec beaucoup de compréhension, d’écoute et de professionnalisme. Elle a vraiment pris le temps de trouver une solution et je tiens à la remercier sincèrement pour sa gentillesse et son sérieux.

Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel mérite également d’être félicitée : des personnes sympathiques, attentionnées et très professionnelles.

Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Pour moi, c’est 10/10 ! Seul petit détail : les croissants ne sont évidemment pas tout à fait comme ceux qu’on trouve chez nous en France 😄, mais il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée.

Une très belle expérience, et je serais ravi de revenir dans cet hôtel. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme ! ❤️

Overall a very basic and underwhelming hotel experience.
Pros:

Modern and clean, nice reception area. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pools and beachfront area.

Cons:

Hotel entrance on a steep slope making it difficult to carry/wheel luggage and no help from staff at entrance. Restaurant waiting staff rude and unhelpful on many occasions. We asked for two coffees at exactly 10am, staff rudely said the only one person that can make them has left and we must order at the bar and pay, 5-6 kitchen staff were there at the counter and none of them could make a Coffee. Very short breakfast window of only 2hours between 8-10am and a very basic breakfast for any hotel let alone a five star hotel. No proper toaster for bread only a panini press to toast. On another occasion due to a sudden storm the hotel restaurant had been busier than normal, we asked for a table and were rudely told “NO” even though we could see tables free in the lobby where other guests were dining, it was only when we asked about the empty tables that they then allowed us to be seated, before that it felt like we were being rudely dismissed, waiters didn’t seem to care at all on many occasions. Had the best balcony suite room and still felt it was really basic for the price, tv remote faulty, AC also faulty, extremely noisy, stains on sofa.

Dans la chambre, il manque un peu de rangement pour les vêtements. Dans la salle de bain, il manque également des porte-serviettes.

Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. L'hôtel nous a même upgrader gratuitement vers une suite du fait que l'on s'était plaint que notre chambre était un peu petite. Très beau geste de la part du manager !!

Cons:

La musique trop forte des restos bars à côté de l'hôtel.

We would happily stay here again
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Adon Lapa. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff and management made us feel genuinely welcome and were always happy to help. The thoughtful complimentary gifts—even after checkout—were a lovely surprise and made our stay feel extra special.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to many nearby places. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! Junezw263
