Amazing staff - especially the manager, good location - walking distance from the Golden Temple, decent breakfast.

Cons:

The lanes near the hotel are very narrow, so if you're taking a car, it can be quite an adventure :P

Pros:

We stayed here for a week. When we reached there it was 4:30 in the morning and our checkin was at 11 but the guy who attended us was very sweet and gave us a temporary room to sleep till 11. Nancy and Lucky were very welcoming and helping us throughout our stay. The other staff were very sweet and did their job very promptly. The property is very close to the temple like 5 min away. The breakfast was good too. Soya chaap is their signature dish!

Cons:

The property had an issue with electricity due to voltage drop but they promptly handled it. There was an issue in the AC so they gave us temporary room for a night and got it fixed within in an hour.

+ Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. If you are visiting Amritsar, the location is unbeatable—being within walking distance of both the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh made our sightseeing incredibly easy and stress-free.
The true soul of this hotel, however, is the staff. They are professional, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond:
* Exceptional Service: A special shoutout to Lucky, who was always available to help with room requests or offer local travel tips. The reception team was equally welcoming and efficient.
* Impeccable Cleanliness: I want to thank the housekeeping team for keeping the entire property spotlessly clean throughout our visit.
* Dining & Hospitality: The room service and breakfast teams provided exemplary hospitality and attentive service. Speaking of which, the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great start to the day.
After a long day of exploring, the terrace area was our favorite spot to unwind and soak in the city's atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and prime location.
