Location excellent.
Breakfast was mostly fine. Breakfast staff were always friendly.
Rooms were not big but bed very comfortable.
Reception staff were mixed some really nice & friendly. Certainly when we checked in the guy was very welcoming & helpful.
Scrambled eggs were definitely made with powdered egg & not fresh eggs. Disappointed with that also Breakfast was pricey for what was available.
We did have a problem with leaking A.C. However it was sorted very quickly.

Great location close to many sites and transportation. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Basel city pass was included with the stay.
The a/c leaked during the night and soaked things that were left on the desk.

Hotel ist an einer super Lage, Altstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war sauber. Würden sofort wieder hier buchen.
