Мне всё очень понравилось! Персонал очень хороший — всё расскажут, покажут и помогут. Из персонала хочу особенно отметить Фирузе, она очень приятная женщина, которая поможет во всём! Сам отель находится рядом с метро и трамваем, что очень важно. От аэропорта до отеля на метро доехали где-то за 1 час 15 минут, что для Стамбула очень хорошо. Завтраки очень вкусные, всё всегда свежее и в избытке! В целом я очень довольна и советую этот отель🌸🙏🏻

The hotel manager Muslim is a fantastic person including the lady that cleans the rooms and serve the breakfast. Upon my arrival i was greeted by the most rudest man I've ever met i unfortunately forgot his name he gave me the worst room they had on the 4th floor leaking ceiling smelling mouldy and dirty walls i refused to stay in the room and he shouted at me telling me there's nothing wrong with the room i insisted on another room after showing me two more rooms i finally took the 3rd room. He should be fired...once again a big thank you for the manager Muslim and the chef/cleaning lady they are amazing....

rooms should be upgraded.Beds are uncomfortable too

Супер на самом деле соотношение цена-качество! Персонал милый и вежливый, везде чисто, уборка каждый день (но мы просили через день заходить). Завтрак включен. Номер маленький (но это и в описании написано, что 15м²), но довольно уютный. Мы были только с ручной кладью, поэтому все норм. С огромным чемоданом, будет немного неудобно. Есть блэкаут шторы, очень удобно. Все необходимое также есть в номере. Расположение тоже хорошее, рядом маленькие магазинчики и в 5 минутах есть несколько больших продуктовых, метро тоже по прямой от отеля, очень близко, да и мраморное море в 10 минутах ходьбы)))
