Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war nicht vorhanden, der wurde eine Woche vor unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen. Da wir das Hotel wegen dem Fitnessbereich gebucht haben, war es für uns sehr enttäuschend. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass solche Informationen uns rechtzeitig mitgeteilt werden. Da wir das Hotel bis zum Abreisetag stornieren konnten und uns ein anderes buchen könnten.

Lovely staff. And a convenient location to stay.
Pros:

Location was good. The rooms were spacious. The sofa bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were nice. Breakfast was pretty substantial.

Cons:

Whilst there was a sign for the gym, there was no gym. The bidet shower did not work.

Super pleasant stay
Pros:

Super friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean. Nice rooftop bar. Good WiFi and a nice indoor swimming pool.

Cons:

Gym apparently not available.

Pros:

I loved my stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They listened to any request, and the place was very modern and relaxing. The restaurant and bar was also very good. I could have visited Astana and never have left. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and if I am ever back in Astana or Kazakhstan, I would definitely stay again. I probably wont be back for the foreseeable as Ireland is a long way away, but if anyone is ever interested in going, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe the sauna could be a few degrees hotter. But that's it. The steam room was perfect!

Вежливый персонал, завтраки

Cons:

Номер 211 туалетная дверь нижняя петля щёлкает, ночью пойти в туалет и не разбудить других гостей номера - не получится, но это ерунда по сравнению с работой кондиционера. Ставили температуру на 22 на ночь, он периодически издавал звуки как будто упадёт прям на голову, щёлчки и хруст.
