Excellent hôtel que je recommande vivement
Pros:

Que dire de plus de ce que je n'ai déjà dit concernant cet établissement qui est indéniablement sur le podium des 3 meilleures hôtel de la capitale Antananarivo, si ce n'est le meilleur, toutes étoiles confondus.

Ali and Joseph at the front desk are excellent! Also the general manager Omaima. Excellent service.

Cons:

Frequent power cuts leads to lot of time switching between system in a day.
Additionally internet gets switched off with power switching.
It does not happen in other hotels in Madagascar.

The breakfast is okay but young staff looks confused and need better English skills.

It was nice, but the level has gone compared to last year when I stayed in April 2025.

The employees were amazing.

The service for breakfast was poor. Non-veg food was tagged as vegetarian.
