Doors are very noisy closing and breakfast not that good either entrance to hotel not that safe as you have to go down stairs facility off the hotel wasn’t included with the booking and complicated location with hills difficult to go about room was to small with air conditioning above your had . You can also hear neighbours noisy conversation.

Las subidas y bajadas de la callep
Die Lage war top und das Personal sehr nett.
WC Spülung und die Seifenspender haben schlecht funktioniert. Die Stufen am Hoteleingang waren mit Gepäck sehr schwierig zu bewältigen, alles in allem überall sehr eng, die Gänge, Treppen usw.

Dość ciasno, słabe i nieopłacalne śniadanie (dawno z tak słabym śniadaniem w hotelu się nie spotkałem), za to Pani bardzo miła :)
Desayunar en la terraza con esas vistas
El personal no es nada amable. Las habitaciones están recién reformadas pero las han dejado mal, las puertas no cierran, no hay sitio para dejar las cosas, hay una luz con sensor que se enciende si pasa alguien por el pasillo. No está especialmente limpio.

Todo. Estambul es precioso. La ciudad de noche es espectacular.
Estambul es muy caótica, como gran ciudad que es. Es bastante locura de gente y de tráfico por todas partes.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff helped me when I needed it and the room was cozy.
We really love the roof top terrace and the friendly staff. Also we could check out later than the check-out time which was nice too.
- Breakfast only 8-10h (fairly common in those touristic hotels)
- Breakfast with terrible quality even though the pictures looked great, we did it more than 2 times in 4 days
- Spa access, despite prominently shown on the advert, is not included and at an extra cost (fairly common for hotels in Istanbul!)
- lots of appliances not really working, such as the general socket, air conditioning, fridge, etc. so we had to go to the reception 2, 3 times
