Great people! Vibes high. Heat intense.
Pros:

The location was great and the hospitality.

Cons:

The heat was intense, with fans that didnt help much. Also WiFi barely worked. Food was decent.

Tolle Zeit in guter Lage bei nettem Gastgeber.
Pros:

Der Gastgeber Henry und seine Frau sind super freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Henry hilft gerne dabei jegliche Touren zu planen und man kann ihn alles fragen oder zwischendurch einfach mal ein bisschen mit ihm quatschen. Das Frühstück ist immer morgens frisch gemacht und richtig lecker.
Wenn wir nochmal nach tortuguero kommen wissen wir auf jeden Fall dass wir wieder zu Henry kommen.

You’re in good hands with Miss Miriam & co!
Pros:

Easy to arrange tours, super friendly hosts, delicious restaurant, convenient and peaceful location.

Cons:

Nothing to note really, three people fit fine in the room and though the nights were hot, the host was kind to give us extra fan for both beds in our room. Thank you!

If you come to the Tortuguero Nationalpark it's a decent stay. As we arrived we were welcomed by the owner - he definitely has a good sense of humor.

The room itself is ok. Don't expect anything fancy. The furniture is definitely outdated and due to the climate it's very humid in the room. A fan is provided , but there is no AC. Also there are no real windows, so you will hear surrounding noices from street dogs, local kids playing soccer and jungle sounds. But remember, you stay in a national park - so that's to expect.
Wifi worked well though.

Also nice to mention: breakfast in the morning is excellent. You will be served fresh fruits, scrambled eggs and pancakes.

Cons:

Especially in the bathroom there was dirt! It didn't feel really clean

L’habitació és bàsica, però està bé i és còmoda. Hi fa una mica de calor, però amb el ventilador que hi ha es pot aguantar. El personal es molt agradable i t’ajuden amb tot el que poden. Està molt a prop de la platja i de restaurants i botigues

Nous n'avons pas été avertis qu'il fallait prendre un bateau pour passer la rivière, disponible jusqu'à 16h30. Et comme nous sommes arrivés assez tard, il n'y avait plus rien de disponible. Pour avoir contacté l'hôtelier qui s'en moquait complètement et m' a raccroché au nez en me disant simplement que ce n'était pas son problème et qu'il n'avait pas à prévenir les clients de cette contrainte d'accès à l'hôtel. Un voyous.
