Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de sourires et de professionnalisme.
Le personnel est tout simplement adorable, toujours disponible, bienveillant et aux petits soins pour les clients.
Je tiens particulièrement à remercier toute l’équipe pour la délicate attention à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mes filles. Ce geste nous a énormément touchées et a rendu leur anniversaire encore plus spécial.
C’est ce genre de petites attentions qui fait toute la différence et qui transforme un simple séjour en un très beau souvenir.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Grand Mogador pour son accueil chaleureux, sa générosité et son hospitalité. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs de Marrakech.
Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Pros:

La piscine mais les toboggans n’ont pas d’horaires… et le fond de la piscine est sale. On reçoit 2 serviettes par chambre même si on paye une chambre pour 4.
Super petit déjeuner
Bon emplacement
Joli jardin

Cons:

La propreté … les finitions… le personnel a l’accueil.
Une navette mais qui n’est jamais venu à l’heure prévue au retour…
