a very welcoming, well ACed, hospitable hotel
Pros:

rooms good. good AC. missing floor small carpets. poor lighting in bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant setting. Staff amiable. Pool good but not enough towels for all. Only early bathing arrivals are served. The guards at the gate are super nice, they deserve a raise!!

I like the reception, the service, the foods, the quiet of the room, the air conditioning in the extreme heat, the location, the parking space for my car, and the pleasant atmosphere

Leuke glijbanen en zwembad voor de kinderen, maar de faciliteiten in de kamer en in het hele hotel zijn zeker geen 5 st

De zwembaden en de glijbanen.

Cons:

De openingstijden van de horeca. Na 22:30 kan je niets meer halen en is alles dicht.
Er is geen fatsoenlijke winkel of bar in het hotel waar je op je gemak een blikje Redbull of koffie kunt halen.
Bij aankomst vind je niet eens een flesje water in je koelkast terwijl het buiten rond de 40 graden is.
De douch is sterk verouderd en voldoet niet eens aan de normen van een 3 sterren hotel, laat staan een 5 sterren.

Pros:

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en Grand Mogador Aqua Resort y nos vamos con un recuerdo fantástico. Es un hotel muy recomendable, especialmente para familias con niños. Las instalaciones, las piscinas y el parque acuático hacen que los más pequeños disfruten al máximo, y siempre hay actividades para que no se aburran.

El desayuno merece una mención especial: es muy variado, con opciones para todos los gustos, y todo lo que probamos estaba muy bueno.

También nos pareció un gran acierto que el hotel ofrezca un servicio gratuito de autobús al centro de Marrakech. Es una opción muy cómoda para visitar la ciudad sin tener que preocuparse por el transporte.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a todo el equipo de animación. Los monitores realizan actividades durante todo el día con muchísima energía, ilusión y cercanía, consiguiendo que tanto niños como adultos lo pasen en grande. Mención especial para la monitora de yoga, que además de ser una gran profesional es una persona muy cariñosa y atenta, siempre con una sonrisa y haciendo que cada actividad sea un momento especial.

También queremos reconocer el excelente trabajo de las señoras de la limpieza. Mantienen las habitaciones y las zonas comunes impecables y siempre nos trataron con muchísima amabilidad.

En general, todo el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda, es un lugar perfecto para desconectar, disfrutar en familia y crear recuerdos inolvidables. Si volvemos a Marrakech, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Une heure avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel, je les avais prévenus que nous n’allions pas tarder. Ils m’ont répondu : « OK, c’est noté. » Pourtant, une fois sur place, notre chambre n’était toujours pas prête et la femme de ménage était encore en train de la nettoyer.
L’accueil a été plutôt froid et je ne me suis pas sentie la bienvenue. De plus, le ménage des parties communes semblait être effectué assez tard dans la matinée. Chaque matin, le sol était mouillé. Mon fils de 2 ans a d’ailleurs glissé et est tombé. J’ai dû interpeller le personnel, car le sol était très mouillé et, parfois, il n’y avait même pas de panneau de signalisation.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui offrait un large choix. Un grand merci au serveur Rachid, qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour.
J’ai également beaucoup aimé les animations. L’équipe était formidable, chaleureuse et toujours souriante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille, notamment grâce à Biba, Mimi, Youki, Yasmine ainsi qu’aux deux autres animateurs marocains dont j’ai malheureusement oublié les prénoms.
À mon avis, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles au vu de ce que nous avions vu.
Malgré ces défauts, cela reste un bel hôtel, plein de charme, propre et doté de magnifiques espaces extérieurs.
