Tolle Wohnung, leider ein Schaden im Badezimmer.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal. Die Wohnung ist mit gut ausgestattet und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer drückte Wasser vom Bodenfliesen hoch, so dass der Boden und die Teppiche ständig nass waren. Dieser Defekt sollte im Inserat beschrieben sein, damit der Gast entscheiden kann, ob er wirlich buchen soll. Der Gastgeber sagte mir, dass er den Schaden erst beheben könne, wenn die Wohnung frei ist, jedoch war ihm der Schaden offenbar schon bekannt. Ich hätte zumindest einen Preisnachlass erwartet.

Definitely go there when you land in Cebu!
Pros:

After a long flight it felt very safe & nice to stay in the flat. Restaurants where very close and I would recommend the apartment. The bed was solid, communication with the owner smoth. There was a swimming pool as well. Just perfect for the start when you land in Cebu.
