Sketchy and minimum
Pros:

The staff is really helpful and well educated. I didn't try their English, since I'm also a Brazilian citizen and still fluent in Portuguese. They managed to get the room ready for us before the booked time, like 2 hours in advance or so, for no extra charge. All the kudos to the staff, absolutely amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast, upon reserve, is mentioned as "breakfast options available", and a hotel leaflet is at your room, right beside the telephone, stating clearly "free breakfast included in the daily", which I suppose refer to the daily fee. Nevertheless, when we just were about to start eating, we were informed the breakfast isn't included because the room we stayed at is not really part of the hotel, but a private property rented third party within the same premises. It's all very confusing and the details are not in the booking.com reserve fine print. It should be described there as "breakfast options available for a fee". Moreover, the presence of the aforementioned leaflet stating in print that it is included in the daily fee inside the room steers the occupant to believe it is indeed included for free, and this is in disaccordance to local (Brazilian) legislation, specifically consumer's protection code (Codigo de Defesa do Consumidor) n.42.
On top of that, all locks are digital therefore presumably electric, but we experienced three short length electricity blackouts while in there for one night only. This means I can't assure the locks are really safe.
Least but not last, the mugs size are absolutely ridiculously small, and don't manage to satisfy a Canadian urge to have a pint of coffee in the morning unless you have about 5 of them.
And there are no spoons in the room to stir your tea or coffee with some sugar or sweetener of you like to enjoy your hot drink that way.
All in all, I don't think it's actually a good place to stay.
I'd be happy paying twice under a crystal clear agreement than needing to deal with all these multiple 'small issues', being two of them (energy short shortages and non compliance to consumer's local legislation) really serious one.

Excelente localização, fácil acesso, staff sensacional.
Pros:

localização, conforto na cama, quarto bem espaçoso. Boa iluminação e mesa de trabalho muito boa. Saguão e restaurante excelentes para refeições e reuniões rápidas.

Cons:

Pelo preço, proprietário poderia pelo menos deixar duas águas de brinde para os hóspedes.

1. Localização muito boa. Muito próxima ao aeroporto de Congonhas e em rua tranquila. 2. Equipe muito simpatica, educada e eficiente. 3. Quarto com bom tamanho e boa mobília. 4. Prédio seguro.

Cons:

01. O quarto tinha um cheiro não muito agradável, mas não foi possível a identificação da fonte. É provável que viesse da mobília de madeira. 02. Os travesseiros disponíveis tanto na cama de casal como na cama de solteiro eram muito espessos ("altos") e foram desconfortáveis. Fica a sugestão para a avaliação das possíveis fontes do cheiro e a disposnibilização de travesseiros mais baixos/finos no quarto, além dos já existentes.
