Room smell like watermold.
Room was not ready by the time we arrived. Room smells like watermold.
It was near the main road, so it was easy to locate.
AC was leaking and needs more improvement with the cleanliness of.the bathroom.
A beautiful place in the area with a lovely saltwater infinity pool right by the beach. The villas are well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The lobby and breakfast were good, although the breakfast selection could be improved with more variety. The sound system in the karaoke room was really impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
What we did not like was that we were charged for a towel that became dirty during our stay. Since this is a beach resort, it is only natural that towels may sometimes get stained or dirty. In other hotels within the same category, towel-related costs are usually already included in the room rate. Unfortunately, this made the check-out experience quite unpleasant.
Infinity pool
The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of options. There was a bread and omelet section, no pancakes. When we went there, the main meal options were so limited. There was only adobo for meat, there was daing, plain rice, brocoli with macaroni, and spam. That's it. Also no dessert section.
There were ants on our headboard, so we pulled the bed away from the frame.
The staff for the most part. They're very attentive to our needs. I remember during breakfast i was traveling with my 2 senior parents. Mom can only have warm water.. i just mention it to the guy attending to us once and following day he saw my mom and came back with the warm water. Mom too was being picky with food and he told us we can make special requests for meals he came back with a plate of watermelon. He went beyond our expectations. My bad i wasn't able to get his name. During dinner too another man saw my mom he came back with a straw to help her with her drink. The attendants too were very helpful with my dad.. was already recommending Hudor to our family visiting from San Francisco.
Staff
The breakfast was great. We hot coffee, fresh pan de sal and made to order omelets. The staff was always so friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable.
The shower in the bathroom leaked water onto the floor, either the seals around the shower wall had a leak or the glass wall needs to be longer.

Noise at hallway from other guests. Doorbell ring from across hotel room can also be heard.
Rooms are quite clean and spacious.
I think their restaurant needs a bit of work.

Under renovations not very clean rooms. Leaking shower causing safety rash using hair drier.
