Spacious room in secure neighbourhood. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Secure property in quiet neighbourhood.
Room was spacious with all that you need. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Attention to detail lacking. No hand towel or rubbish bin in bathroom. Tiny bin in bedroom. No bath mats initially for the shower. Shower sprays everywhere.
Breakfast order didn’t arrive on the one morning and coffee came instead of tea on another. All small things but they add up.

Fabulous! Would recommend it to everyone with a stopover in Johannesburg
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable in all aspects-including a big tv set with netflix and Disney available. The bonus was the spa-package, with a 90 minute full body massage - it was excellent value!

Cons:

There were some kitchen smells in the room during dinner time.

Très bonne halte dans un hôtel oui tous les services sont au rendez vous !

Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et élégantes .
Le petit déjeuner et lunch très très bons et très bon rapport qualité prix !
Les services spa et esthétiques sont super et très bon rapport qualité prix egalement tout comme l’hôtel globalement . Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et souriant. C’est très agréable !

Cons:

La climatisation chauffage de notre chambre était en panne et ce jour là il faisait affreusement froid 3 degrés . Nous avons eu un petit chauffage d’appoint mais insuffisant pour réellement nous réchauffer.
