Petit déjeuner très limité, hotel un peu rustique, restaurant surfait.
Dommage qu' il n'y est pas eu de douche dans la salle de bain.
La salle de bains était très ensoleillée. tous les articles de toilette étaient top.
Nous avons voulu prendre notre petit-déjeuner dans le jardin, mais nous nous sommes faits attaqués par les guêpes, nous avons été obligés de rentrer dans la salle à manger.
L'emplacement à l'intérieur de la cité et à côté de la basilique est exceptionnel.
La température de la salle de restaurant pour le repas du soir était quasiment insupportable et nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de notre repas. Nous voulions manger dans le jardin, mais le temps était à l'orage.
Un petit couac dans notre menu, le pigeon n'était pas assez cuit, je sais qu'il se mange rosé, mais le notre était cru autour de l'os.

Tutto semplicemente perfetto. L’hotel è bellissimo e suggestivo, situato nel cuore della Cité Medievale di Carcassonne: soggiornare qui è davvero come entrare in un castello delle fiabe. L’atmosfera è unica, curata in ogni dettaglio e rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale.
La camera era elegante, accogliente e molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il ristorante, con piatti davvero ottimi, e la colazione, ricca e di altissima qualità.
Una struttura meravigliosa, con una posizione eccezionale e un’atmosfera che difficilmente si dimentica. Un’esperienza davvero da vivere e un hotel in cui torneremmo assolutamente! 🏰✨
Die Lager ist top, das Hotel ist sehr schön und es ist ein Erlebnis dort zu übernachten.
Die Musik an der Poolbar war am Abend sehr laut und trotz geschlossenem Fenster hörten wir sie bis um Mitternacht. Wir fragten an der Reception ob es immer so sei, die Dame ist leider überhaupt nicht auf unser Anliegen eingegangen.

Hôtel idéalement situé, avec un agréable espace extérieur offrant une belle vue sur le château. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et agréable.
Les chambres mériteraient un léger rafraîchissement. Par ailleurs, les salles de bains pourraient être plus fonctionnelles, notamment les baignoires, dont l'accès est assez haut et peut s'avérer peu pratique, en particulier pour les personnes âgées.
