L'emplacement est incroyable, et la terrasse donnant sur les remparts est superbe. La piscine, bien isolée, au sein de la cité de Carcassonne est vraiment un plus considérable.
Le parking tout proche est également très pratique avec un service bagage très réactif et sympathique
L'attention du service pourrait parfois être meilleure: explications en chambre réduites au minimum, indication sur les horaires de restauration différent entre bar et réception.
L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, mais il mériterait tout de même un "rafraichissement": moquettes fatiguées par endroit, rideaux de la chambre récalcitrants...
What is not to like? The room was luxuriously comfortable with a private terrace offering fantastic views. Dinner in La Barbacane restaurant was a culinary experience exceptional. Service was exemplary throughout. The afternoon swim in the pool with bar on hand was welcome decadence in the sunshine and heat of the day in the citadel. It's not cheap, but it is value for money. Fabulous.
The only thing that I didn't like was having to leave after a wonderful stay!! 😊

Die Lage ist traumhaft und nicht zu toppen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für französische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Vor allem mit frischen Früchten.
A beautifully located old world hotel within the ramparts of the old city. Lovely comfortable room with amazing bathroom.
My only complaint was that the WiFi kept dropping in the hotel room as if it was too far from a router.
Excellent location. Right in the middle of the old city but at a quiet end of it. Lovely garden area.

The location and surroundings are outstanding
The feeling I got was it was not in prime condition, the rooms were nice, needing more attention to cleanliness. Drinks service was poor, waited 40 mins for an incomplete order.
Fairy tale location
Need more dining options. Radiator in bedroom was dangerous.
This hotel is wonderful, located right within the walls of this magical historic town. We loved our stay here, where the rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is in a stunning restaurant with an abundance of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the bar area for pre-dinner drinks. Highly recommend this spot for exploring the old town. Two nights was a perfect stay.
