Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist absolut fantastisch. Der Garten (Restaurant und Bar) ist etwas vom Schönsten, was wir je bei einem Hotel erlebt haben. Auch der Gepäcktransport (die Altstadt ist autofrei) ist hervorragend organisiert.

Wonderful hotel inside "la cité". It's a very charming place, the staff is amazing very kind. We loved the garden and the pool, the exterior are really nice and you can easily spend 2 days here. One to visit the area and the second by the pool.
The restaurant "la Barbacane" is also really nice. I recommand the diner here.

perfect location, right next to the cathedral and very near the castle, yet quiet and peaceful. gorgeous views from terrace at the back.
Location and facilities.
The service was mediocre and it seemed as though there were not enough staff.
Fabulous location, historic building, pool was a blessing in the heat. Notable mentions for concierge & Jerome the driver, both did exceptional jobs!
We attended one of the concerts so did not mind the noise of the Theatre behind the hotel, but best to be aware of noise until 11-11.30pm during the festival.

L’hôtel de la cité est un bâtiment historique incroyable avec un emplacement idéal dans la cité. Le restaurant La Barbacane sert un menu exceptionnel. Le cadre de la piscine est fantastique. Le personnel est aussi très aimable. Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un séjour de rêve.
Nous aurions aimé plus d’informations sur les horaires du bar des jardins le soir.

You couldn't get a better location - and with parking. The hotel is beautiful, with nice extra touches in the room. It was our wedding anniversary, and they left gorgeous chocolates, champagne, a beautiful note and love hearts on the bed. Still and sparking mineral water placed in the mini fridge each morning and evening, turn down service with chocolates. Breakfast was good - hot and cold, gluten free bread and small cakes. The view from the porch next to the breakfast room was spectacular.
The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows are a little too high and soft. It's a very old hotel and this is showing here and there. Whilst the breakfast was good, I didn't feel that it matched the cost or caliber of the hotel. It would have benefited from a little more variety.
