The property is stunning and so very well located inside the walls. Very peaceful in the midst of a busy area.
The best hotel within the walled city of Carcassonne. It is stylish, romantically medieval but with all modern facilities. The staff were kind and keen to satisfy requests. Our room was spacious, with a large and elegant bathroom, a closet and a separate closet for the WC. Two windows overlooked a nice garden.
Perhaps the breakfast could have included a wider variety of breads.

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage innerhalb der Stadtmauern der Burg. Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Bemerkenswert ist auch das Abendmenu mit begleitenden Weinen. Alles ist regional - wir lieben es.
Die Zimmer sind super. Lediglich die Dusche innerhalb der Badewanne ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Wir kommen aber dennoch jetzt Jahr wieder.

Ein Haus voller Historie, mitten im Herzen von Carcassone gelegen. Wir hatten unser Auto außerhalb der Stadt auf einem eigenen bewachten Parkplatz geparkt. Die Stadt selbst ist autofrei. Der Gepäcktransport von dort war bestens organisiert. Wir sind die wenigen Meter zu Fuß zum Hotel gegangen.
Jeder Raum atmet die Atmosphäre vergangener Zeiten aus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß.
Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ein hervorragender Ort, um die lokalen Weine zu probieren.
Die Qualität des Bettes hätte besser sein können.

El hotel está anticuado y no es apto para personas mayores. No hay ascensores que lleven de la recepción a las habitaciones, todo son escaleras con diferentes desniveles. Para ser un horel de 5 estrellas, que cada mesita de noche no tenga un enchufe me parece mal. Los mandos de la ducha están rotos. Encima, durante nuestra estancia bajaron las temperaturas y en la habitación hacía frío. Tampoco había repisas para colocar la ropa. Solo armario con perchas. Mal! Cenamos doa noches en el bar de la biblioteca. El personal es amable, pero la comida es nefasta. Sirven ensaladas sin aliño y embutidos mal puestos y sacados de la nevera. A parte del restaurante gastronómico, ofrecen un bistot. Hay que salir a la calle y caminar 5 minutos para llegar! Muy mala información.

What can you say about a hotel inside the historic city, with views of the towers from the bedroom and bathroom windows - fantastic place, full of history and luxury.
Plastic shower tub was very narrow and difficult to use safely without fear of slipping and falling, and a mis-matched toilet lid kept trying to close while sitting on the toilet - very strange!
Great food and drinks.
Bathtub is hard to stand up in because of the oddly shaped bottom.
