Pros:

Great location and nice view. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom is really too old, so rusty it feels unhygienic. The fan didn’t work either and it smelt of drains.

Unbeatable value for a visit to the Taj Mahal if you value ambience and setting over glamour.
Pros:

This was return visit to favourite accommodation for us, and liked all the same things - friendly efficient staff, great character in the hotel and setting, unbeatable views to the Taj, and all a short paved walk lined with trees to get to the Taj.

Cons:

No issues.

Facilities do need upgrading. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the location is superb.
Pros:

Exceptional view of Taj Mahal from our bedroom window. Great food in the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

The bathroom desperately needed upgrading but still functional.

Pros:

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service was absolutely top class. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with lots of extra information, which made our Agra visit much more efficient. Aman, their travel partner, was also extremely helpful and arranged a comfortable ride back to Gurgaon.

Location-wise, this is one of the best hotels at a very reasonable price. It has the highest rooftop closest to the Taj Mahal, offering an amazing view. We upgraded to a Taj View room at the time of booking, and the view of the Taj Mahal from the room was truly breathtaking.

The hotel is very family-friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The view of the Taj from the terrace was a grand view. The hotel's proximity to the Taj was a privilege. The restaurant was satisfactory. The beautiful interior was impressive and worth mentioning.

Cons:

Confusion in payment. Booking.com showed me sixteen hundred rupees whereas when i reached there i was asked to pay four hundred extra. I paid. After a long journey I was not in mood to argue. This was the first time i used booking.com. Earlier i used to book through other popular site.

Infernal, je n'ai jamais dormi dans un Hôtel dans des conditions pareil.
Loger au 4 ème étage on a pas pu fermé l'œil de 1h du matin à 4h, car juste au dessus de nous, la terrasse a été donner en location pour une fête privée ( danse, musique, cris., alcool....).
Le minimum pour un Hôtel, c'est que les familles qui louent les chambres puissent dormir.

It was the worst the bedding was so dirty and floor was not clean so much dust.
Water that was coming from tap was not even clean it was smelly i even complained about that many times but they ignored. Please don’t stay in this hotel.
