Pros:

It was quite a good stay overall. It’s clear that the owner put a lot of heart and soul into every detail of the property.

Cons:

To reach our room on the top floor, you have to climb the final flight of stairs as there is no lift for the last floor. It felt a bit dark and scary at first.
