Las habitaciones están grandes y cómodas,

Cons:

El restaurante que esta dentro del hotel, no habré temprano, nosotros queríamos desayunar a las 9:30 am Pero, que habré hasta las 10:30 a 11:00 am y eso le quita puntos..

Muy atento el personal del Hotel, muy amables y buena atención!

La ubicación no es la mejor, nada te queda cerca y para todos los lugares pues atractivos de playa del Carmen hay que desplazarse mucho,

En la descripción de Booking decía que incluía una Refri y no estaba en la habitación al consultar me indicaron que ya no las tenían

Mismo caso con el transporte desde el aeropuerto, lo ofrecen como una ventaja en booking pero al momento de la reserva te dicen que no hacen nada de eso

Son pequeños puntos pero importante a la hora de valorar el hotel, todo lo demás perfecto

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es superrr buena, desde el hotel caminamos a todas partes sin problema, a quinta avenida, a la playa , al supermercado mucha seguridad. Instalaciones excelentes limpio, cama buena, baño excelente,piscina prácticamente solo para nosotros, ordenado sin ruidos en la noche. Precio/calidad excelente. Nosotros solo queríamos hospedarnos para hacer tours por los 2 dias q estuvimos para luego ir a nuestro hotel definitivo en cancun todo incluido. Así que fue un gran acierto. Super buen hotel.

Estancia buena
Pros:

Es un hotel sencillo pero es cómodo y bonito la ubicación para mi y familia era excelente ya que nos pudimos trasladar a varios puntos sin ningún problema es un buen hotel bueno a mi parecer

Cons:

La alberca está bien lo único es que como esta en el último piso hay un lado queda directo a la calle y la barda esta al tope a mi parecer por seguridad deberían se ponerle una barda en esa área ya que si podría haber un accidente y otro punto en recepción hay un letrero que si se manchan los blancos existirá un costo extra la situación es que da miedo acostarse o ocupar las toallas porque si no es uno cuidadoso y hay que serlo en extremo te cobrarán y no dice el precio del costo es el detalle mi familia y yo tuvimos que ser extremadamente cuidadosos para no tener una sorpresa al entregar la habitación
