I wanted a cozy hotel room and it fit the expectations. Close to my meeting and the tourists stuff.
Pros:

What breakfast? We loved the location. We were close to Central. We actually walked to supper and then afterwards strolled the Main Street.

Cons:

I didn’t get the check in information before we were at the door. We had to call but then got the information right away. The server was clear and apologetic. Just a detail.

It was very spacious, & the bed was very comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable. Easily to get to different areas.

Cons:

Couldn't get to local channels on television. The parking availability was crazy. You took a chance getting a parking spot again when you left and come back. Didn't like the price gouging for the 4th of July weekend. Im on a low income monthly check, this price was hard on me. Didn't like the stairs. Next visit to Hot Springs I'd have to try find someplace on bottom floor or had elevators.

Pros:

The property is less than 5 mins from all the action, very good location for people who wants to be downtown. My room was clean and anytime I had an issue the owner did his best to accommodate me and fix the problems, definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Cons:

There was a minor smell upon entering the room but it eventually went away.

Great value for the price. Clean and simple and very comfy bed!
Pros:

The room was very spacious, though very minimal in decor. (I do think each room is different though) But it was clean and the king bed was super comfy!! The bathroom was big too. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. Very quiet--never heard the other guests. Just know it's not like staying at a typical hotel. :)

Cons:

Check in was a little confusing. You only get in through codes--no check in desk person etc.
We actually needed an iron (we were in town for an event) and we had to go buy one since there was no iron at the hotel. (First hotel I've been in without one!) Pretty minor detail, but it mattered to us. Could've used more coffee since we stayed 2 nights. (again, minor, but worth mentioning) Parking was only street parking, no lot.
