Could be a great property if better maintained
Pros:

This apartment was really lovely - it was tastefully decorated, spacious and had two full bathrooms. It is well located close to town and supermarkets.

Cons:

Unfortunately the maintenance and some small provisioning with this apartment really let it down:
- despite having booked for 5 people, there were only 4 dining chairs and inadequate cutlery for us to all eat at once.
- we found the lounge room curtains and one bedroom curtain stashed at the bottom of the walk in wardrobe as presumably they had fallen off as the rails had pieces missing. We reinstalled them ourselves.
- one of the bedside tables was also in the wardrobe with its legs removed
- the dishwasher didn't work (E1 error) and there was no dishwasher detergent
- the diswashing liquid ran out on our first day (all the more annoying due to the lack of dishwasher)
- there was water constantly dripping onto electricals from the hot water system. This had obviously been going on for some time as a plastic bottle was in place to catch the drips and was overflowing into a bucket below. We regularly emptied the plastic bottle to stop the dripping reaching the electricals at least.
At the end of our stay I let the property manager know about the above, however did not receive a reply.

Location was good, clean place, large place with nice facilities.

Cons:

Second floor a bit tough with the lagedes, on our last day/night we did not have electricity, only in our building so we left out, they send someone to open but they did not fixed the electricity although they promised they will send someone. After few messages they stop answering so we had no electricity and they did not respond, we had on light in the evening, no way to prepare dinner and breakfast, the total was okay the last 24 hours very disappointing

Tragedia odradzam

800 metrów do centrum Braszowa

Cons:

Ogólnie tragedia, mieszkanie bez klimatyzacji , przy głównej ulicy . Jak masz otwarte okno to masz wrażenie że jesteś na środku skrzyżowania. Bardzo zła komunikacja z właścicielem. Duże lepiej wygląda mieszkanie na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości . Szafki i rozpadają. Ogólnie brud , jak zawiał wiatr to wypadły kotłuny kurzu. Śmierdzi w łazience.

הדירה במיקום מעולה! צמוד לעיר העתיקה ועם נוף של ההר. הכל נקי ממש ומעוצב מקסים. מיטות נוחות. מרווח מאוד. הגענו משפחה של 7 נפשות ולקחנו שתי דירות אחת מעל השניה. שקט ונעים. בסוף השבוע היתה חניה ממש מתחת לדירה.

Cons:

הכיריים אינדוקציה אז מי שחשוב לו לבשל עם סירים מהבית, צריך להיערך.
אין כלי ניקוי- מטאטא, סמרטוטים, מגב, קקי סטיק...
חוץ מזה מושלם ממש!

Pros:

Bien ubicado. Bonito y limpio.

Cons:

Reservamos para 6 personas y no había suficientes sillas, almohadas ni utensilios de cocina para todas. Tampoco había bolsas de basura ni pastillas para el lavavajillas. No hay cortinas opacas en el salón para dormir en el sofá cama y hay mucha luz por la mañana. El agua se sale fuera de las duchas. La caldera tenía una fuga de agua que comuniqué y no recibí respuesta hasta días después.

Pros:

Todo perfecto, fue más de lo que esperábamos. Limpio, amplio y cómodo. Muy cerca del centro histórico y cocina equipada con instrumentos básicos.
La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida. Recomendamos este lugar.

Rent och snyggt, sköna sängar bra med dubbla badrum då vi var två par.
