Pros:

Che dire, Qin è stata semplicemente la persona che ci ha meglio accolti durante tutto il nostro viaggio in Cina. Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
La struttura inoltre riserva scooter elettrici compresi nella tariffa (per chi ha almeno 2 notti prenotate) che sono fondamentali per visitare la città.

La colazione prevede prevalentemente piatti cinesi, preparati al momento da Qin (piatti deliziosi!). Inoltre si trova pane tostato con burro, uova fritte e frutta fresca deliziosa.

Prenotate senza pensarci, vi troverete divinamente.

Pros:

Qin war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin die uns bei den Ausflügen unterstützte und kostenlos Roller zur Verfügung stellte. Auch das Frühstück aus gebratenen Nudeln fanden wir persönlich sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns einen direkten Ausblick auf den See erhofft. Leider blickten wir stattdessen auf ein hässliches Betongebilde, einen Parkplatz und ein unordentliches Erdbeerenfeld.

A pure bliss in Guilin
Pros:

Everything about the property is exquisite. From the early communication with Qin, who was so helpful throughout our stay, gave us a free room update, to the pristine location of the accommodation, the beautiful furnishing & details and the delicious breakfast. The accommodation was a pure bliss and oasis. Qin was always so nice, always ready to help us, she even gave us a free bag of snacks when we left and ordered a taxi for us. I highly recommend this place if you want to have the perfect stay in Guilin.

Un séjour très apaisant avec un service en or
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet établissement qui est situé dans un coin calme en face d’un lac et de collines. Notre chambre était spacieuse et donnait sur ce magnifique paysage apaisant.
Nous avions du thé de qualité à disposition directement dans la chambre.
Notre hôte Qin était extrêmement à l’écoute et généreuse. Elle nous a prêté un scooter, elle a lavé nos vêtements, elle nous aidé à commander de la nourriture et elle préparait un très bon petit déjeuner. Elle nous a aussi fait une attention pour notre lune de miel ! C’est une personne d’une gentillesse incroyable !
Enfin, l’établissement est à côté d’un petit terrain de football donc nous avons été jouer au foot avec des habitants de Guilin c’était super !

Cons:

C’était peut être un peu loin de la ville mais l’établissement prête des scooters.
Également il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais il me semble qu’il y a des chambres au rez-de-chaussée si besoin

Hotel molto bello e confortevole, la signora gentilissima, sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze ed anche molto simpatica. L' hotel si trova in un oasi pacifica al lago, siamo stati benissimo

Pros:

Hotel pulitissimo e camere spaziose e belle. Proprietaria dell’albergo gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ha organizzato tutte le escursioni.
Hotel fuori dalla città che però si raggiunge facilmente con il taxi che costa pochi euro.
Peraltro la posizione dell’albergo è molto bella.

La colazione ha poche opzioni occidentali.

Pros:

Qin was an amazing host. She could not do enough to help us. The hotel was in a beautiful lake side location just a few minutes walk from Reed flute cave. Free laundry service and free e bike rental are included. Great hotel with the personal touch and the gorgeous cat Meng Meng!

Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, aber ein Aufenthalt mit großen Schwächen
Pros:

Die Managerin Qin sowie alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

* Die Lage ist zwar idyllisch an einem kleinen Tümpel, aber auch nicht romantisch oder schön, sondern einfach fernab von allem. Bei 6 und mehr Kilometern bis zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten helfen die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Scotter ungemein, allerdings wohnt man dennoch ziemlich ausserhalb.
* Unser Zimmer, sowie der gesamte Wohntrakt, hat feucht-muffig gerochen, da es ein massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Da hilft auch kein Vanille-Spray, welches ständig versprüht wurde. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer wurden mit Tapeten überzogen, damit man die riesigen Wasserflecken an den Wänden weniger sieht. Sämtliche Metallträger sind verrostet. Hier muss es eine Havarie gegeben haben, die nur kosmetisch behoben wurde. Dies ist gesundheitsschädigend!
* Zu unserer großen Überraschung wird das Frühstück immer wieder gelobt. Wir empfanden das Frühstück als äußerst simpel und alles andere als vielfältig oder ansprechend. Es gab jeden Tag Banane, Wassermelone, Toastscheiben, Ei und tiefgefrorene Dumplings. Bitte nicht missverstehen, aber ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sieht anders aus.
* Allgemein finden wir die Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft übertrieben hoch und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Vergleich überhaupt nicht - diese Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach teuer!
