Super sød og hjælpsom vært, der også gerne hjalp med booking af aktiviteter, ture og transport. De havde også el scooter vi kunne låne, så man selv kan komme lidt omkring eller køre en tur ind til Guilin city.
Maden var rigtig god, Menuen er primært lokale retter.

Amazing hospitality.

This is a small Hotel the rooms are big and well appointed and spotlessly clean . The staff go above and beyond to help you and are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good and very tasty . The area is quiet and beautiful and only a few minutes walk to some incredible caves . A taxi into town is just a short trip and costs 15-20yuan . We would definitely stay here again .

Вокруг красивый пейзаж, доброжелательные хозяева, удобство во всем.
Нас встретили, быстро заселили. Номер чистый, опрятный, все что надо есть, подушки обалденные! Каждый день меняли полотенца, тапочки и все принадлежности были.
завтрак отличный, арбуз, кофе, чай, пельмени, все есть чтобы не остаться голодными. Очень удобно расположен. С одной стороне живешь на природе, с другой до города 10 минут на такси. От отеля есть экскурсии, так же если возникают какие то вопросы, вам помогут их решить. Отель пет Френдли. Хозяйка замечательная, душевная женщина. Очень довольны нашем проживанием тут, такое ощущение что съездили к родственникам на дачу! Всем рекомендую!

Qin, the host, is the most sweet person that we met in our trip in China, no doubt about it!
Her hotel is a lovely place to stay, in a quiet area of Guilin center.
Our room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and with a beautiful view to the mountains.
Breakfast also was lovely, we do recommend to try the hand-made osmanthus jam, delicious!
The hotel offers many other services as well.
This hotel is super recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Guilin.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila enfrente del lago, hemos disfrutado de los paseos mezclándonos con la gente del lugar, la dueña del hotel nos gestionó las excursiones sin tener que salir , nos hacía el favor de llamar al taxi y lo pagaba ella porque nosotros no llevamos la tarjeta Alipay y no admitían la visa ni efectivo, ella nos lo cargaba a la habitación , hemos tenido un trato muy amable

La atención y ayuda en todo lo necesario para pasajes Río Li y vehículos transporte para 4 personas y 5 maletas

- la gentillesse et le personnel incroyablement disponible et aimable ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Pour notre départ tôt le matin vers la gare, on nous avait préparé un panier repas !
- il est possible de laver ses vêtements : lave linge, lessive et sèche linge.
- les repas sont excellents. Nous avons petit déjeuner et le dîner.
- la literie est confortable, la salle de bain est sublime. Nous n’avons pas manqué d’équipement durant notre séjour.

This was genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. As a solo traveller, the hotel was extremely well organised, offering support with scooters, taxis, and bookings, including my day trip to Yangshuo. The room itself was excellent. It was spacious, very comfortable, and had amenities that exceeded expectations, offering outstanding value for money. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Qim. Her generosity, home cooked meals, and genuine hospitality went far beyond expectations. The combination of excellent organisation, a fantastic room, and outstanding personal care made Secret Garden Hotel an unforgettable place to stay, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Special thanks to Qim for her kindness and generosity, which truly made this stay stand out.

Very cozy, lovely staff, perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and beautiful room. Just a perfect stay.

Hôte adorable, très à l'écoute et toujours prête à rendre service. Elle nous a organisé des sorties pour les rizières et la visite d'une culture de thé. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement. Le lit et l'oreiller étaient très confortables et moelleux.
