Hotel for early birds
Pros:

Location, parking space, clean, whole facility design and the breakfast was nice (expensive but nice).

Cons:

We arrived late in the evening and we were very tired, wanted to sleep until 10 am but unfortunately noises started at 5 am, sound insulation is terrible between the rooms. Also after that, they started to clean the rooms at 6 am - 7 am and it was impossible to sleep after that due to vacuuming noise, banging tools noise.
The main reason why I chose this place is because I expected it to be not this noisy and get some good nights sleep. Unfortunately it did not happen.

Fits well my expectations.
Pros:

Taking into account 3 stars rate, the hotel meets my expectations. It provides the absolute minimum of facilities: a small room, no fridge, no wardrobe. Ideal for short 'budget' stays.

Cons:

A wardrobe would be good to have, especially during winter!

Pros:

Sehr geehrter Hotelmanager! Ich befinde mich derzeit in Zimmer 223, habe aber schon in vielen verschiedenen Zimmern übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein; man kommt kaum am Bett vorbei! Nach dem Duschen ist der Badezimmerboden klatschnass, und ich brauche alle Handtücher, um das Duschwasser aufzufangen. Die Handtücher werden nicht täglich gewechselt. Wenn wir ab und zu auf die Terrasse in der Lobby gehen, steht der Kaffee, den ich seit Tagen trinke, immer noch an derselben Stelle! Kurz gesagt: Ich bin nur aus der Not heraus hier!
