We had a good stay marred by the loss of two items in two separate rooms :(

Highly recommend ,good value for money .walking distance to the old town.
Pros:

The staffs are amazing very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean , they provided us fresh towels everyday. The aircon is working good very nice and cold which what we needed to escape the heat . Very nice Soft linen. Buffet breakfast were okay we enjoyed our bacon and eggs .My 2 teenagers enjoyed the pool. The staff Irene is so nice asked us if we are comfortable which is very nice . What a great costumer service!! Well done

Beware of staying at this boutique hotel
Pros:

Chose this place for location and also because website says it has private beach access BUT turns out beach was 5kms away from hotel.

Cons:

We had a pretty good stay BUT two of our family members lost jackets in two separate rooms. These were golf jackets of high sentimental value (one you can only get as a finisher of IronMan Australia race). Both items were placed in the closet of separate rooms on our first day of stay. We noticed they were missing upon arriving in our next destination - after staying 3 nights at the Hotel Central Boutique. We called hotel two times before our flight home but they insist they did not see the jackets. We find it suspicious that both jackets of the same kind got ‘lost’ in the two separate rooms. We hope that management looks into this and by some miracle have it returned to us. This incident really marred our Hoi An vacation.

Great oasis. Huge bargain!
Pros:

It was beautiful & very well located. Service was amazing. Every employee was so kind & friendly! Great pool. The room was huge. They even put fresh flowers & some petals on the bed! Lovely.
