צוות מקסים ממש, בעיקר טוני. קבלת פנים מאלפת, נתנה פרטים לכל מה שביקשנו, מקסימה ממש. הבן שלנו חגג יום הולדת, עזרה לנו ממש לארגן לו הפתעה במלון. מלון מקסים ממש.

I loved this hotel as the staff were exceptionally friendly and very keen to assist.

The staff are the gems of this hotel. They were exceptionally friendly and very keen to help with any requests

Cons:

Unfortunately the location wasn't ideal for me as it is further from the center of Hoi A than where I usually stay. I have a mobility issue and it was too far to comfortably walk. The electric cars were very convenient and really reasonably priced.

Pros:

Loved the location, facilities and the staff!! We enjoyed our stay immensely we would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and very clean but the staff went above and beyond every day and were so friendly. Thanks again!

Highly recommend ,good value for money .walking distance to the old town.
Pros:

The staffs are amazing very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean , they provided us fresh towels everyday. The aircon is working good very nice and cold which what we needed to escape the heat . Very nice Soft linen. Buffet breakfast were okay we enjoyed our bacon and eggs .My 2 teenagers enjoyed the pool. The staff Irene is so nice asked us if we are comfortable which is very nice . What a great costumer service!! Well done
