Lieu zen et proche de la ville.
Pros:

J'ai eu de la chance car j'ai loué une chambre et je me suis trouvée seule dans tout l'appartement.
Le lieu est très zen, j'ai senti que j'ai été guidée vers cet endroit.
Il se trouve à 2 minutes à pieds du centre de Neuchâtel et du lac et en plus au RDC, donc pas fatigant du tout.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu éloignée de ma chambre et il n'y a pas de miroir dans ma chambre.

on a fait que de dormir......
pour une nuit on a pas voulu utiliser la cuisine ni les équipements, on est rentré très tard et parti tôt.

comme la plupart de ces locations, on a une heure précise pour quitter les lieux.

dans les 2 campings que je m'occupe, il y a pas d'arrivée et de départ fixe.... c'est entre 8h et 20h.
je pense être le seul a le faire.....
l'avantage, c'est que souvent les personnes reste 1 nuit supplémentaire.

Gute Lage am See/historischen Zentrum, aber nicht sehr gemütlich/nicht sauber und zu teuer
Pros:

Positiv waren folgende Punkte:
- Lage: wenige Gehminuten vom See und vom historischen Zentrum
- Bett bequem; Bettwäsche/Handtücher frisch (sollte eigentlich nicht erwähnt werden müssen, weil dies zum Standard gehört)
- Zimmer gross; Fenster geht direkt gegen Strasse; relativ ruhig, wenn geschlosen (aber bei offenem Fenster schlafen geht nicht im Sommer...)

Cons:

Für eine Nacht passabel, aber wenn man etwas Gemütliches mit Rückzugsmöglichkeit sucht, kann ich dies nicht empfehlen. - Zum Zimmer/Wohnung muss Folgendes gesagt werden: Das Schlafzimmer ist zwar abschliessbar, aber Teil einer Wohung, die als Studio für Yoga und andere Kurse genutzt wird. Die grosse Wohn-/Küchenbereich ist nicht sehr wohnlich und dunkel. Gemütlichkeit sieht anderes aus...Einen richtigen Esstisch ist auch nicht vorhanden.
- Es gibt noch ein zweites separates Zimmer; die Gäste dieses Zimmers teilen sich Wohn- und Küchenbereich sowie das Bad/WC. Grundsätzlich ist das kein Problem; es sollte aber vorgängig kommunziert werden, wenn gleichzeitig weitere Gäste Küche/Wohnberich und Bad teilen (und entsprechend in einem billigeren Preis für die Übernachtung resultieren).
- WC/Bad befinden sich am anderen Ende des "Studios"
- Der Boden im Zimmer war staubig und im Abfalleimer befanden sich Abfälle (wohl von früheren Gästen)
- Vor dem Haus kann man nicht parken / halten -> das Gepäck muss mind. 60-80 m zum Eingang getragen werden.
- Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Ich würde dieses Zimmer nicht ein zweites Mal buchen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen (zumindest nicht für 125 CHF / 130 Euro für 1 Nacht).

Soggiorno tranquillo

Vicina al centro, camera molto ampia e pulita, possibilità di usare la cucina

Cons:

Il solo problema che ho avuto è che i gestori non hanno saputo attivare la carta (compresa nella tassa di soggiorno) che dava accesso gratuito ai mezzi pubblici
