I like that the staff was welcoming when we first got there

Cons:

After we got there though staff disappeared and towels was scarce. And the bathroom, oh my god, it was so disgusting. Hair everywhere.

That the new front desk person tried to help.

Manager didn't care. Nothing worked. The compliance for ADA laws were not followed. When I told them the shower bench came out of the wall while assisting my 85 year handicap dad, nothing was taken seriously. They didnt even check, I did take pictures. I caought my dad from falling, but im injured. They had my dadbsleep on a recliner that did not recliner back. Mynhusband and I slept on the hard floor, because with my dad health issues he could not sleep with legs down all night.

I've stayed at quite a few Extended Stay America locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience.

Check-in took over 30 minutes, which felt incredibly long after a day of traveling. They required IDs from every adult staying in the rooms, and at first wouldn't let me check into both rooms even though both reservations were under my name. We were told all four adults needed to be present before they would complete the check-in process.

The rooms were very outdated and not well maintained. Several lights didn't work, there was mold in the shower, and there wasn't even shampoo in the room. After asking for some at the front desk, we were given one tiny bottle for a room with four people. The worst part was finding stains on the sheets.

At nearly $240 per night, this hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. I've always found Extended Stay America properties to be clean, comfortable, and dependable, which is why this stay was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this location fell far below expectations.
