Mitigé
Pros:

Chambre confortable, propre, avec vue sur la piscine et une excellente literie.

Cons:

Mon mari étant malade et ne pouvant pas mangé gras nous avons demandé si c’était possible pour lui de dîner. On nous a répondu qu’il n’y avait aucun soucis.
Une charmante jeune femme qui parlait bien français nous a aidé à parler avec la cuisine.
Malheureusement, le poulpe qu’on avait demandé de snacker est arrivé avec de la graisse et les spaghettis à la tomate sont arrivées sans tomate avec du gras aussi, elles baignaient dans l’huile. S’en était trop pour mon mari qui a quitté la table. C’est déjà une situation compliqué pour lui et la maître d’hôtel était vraiment hautaine, mon mari était gêné.
Résultat des courses j’ai mangé en plus le plat de mon mari pour pas gâcher et je leur ai demandé d’annuler les spaghettis.
Cela dit le risotto que j’ai mangé était délicieux ainsi que le poulpe de mon mari.
Mon mari est donc parti se coucher sans manger. Heureusement le lendemain il y avait du yahourt maigre qu’il a pu consommer. Le pire dans tout ça c’est qu’on peut comprendre mais nous avons été très énervé que les spaghettis ait été facturé en voulant payer notre facture le lendemain et que nous avons dû demander l’avoir car la responsable de salle n’avait pas fait correctement son travail. C’est vraiment dommage cela a gâché notre séjour.
La prochaine fois ne dites pas au client que vous pouvez gérer leur régime alimentaire. On aurait été mangé ailleurs et on aurait passé 1 bon moment. J’ai fini mon repas seule dans la salle de retaurant. C’était vraiment pas cool. Un grand merci à la très jeune femme qui a tenté de nous aider et était désolée pour nous.
Attention à votre responsable de salle qui était d’une humeur massacrante et vraiment pas agréable pour aidé les clients.
Je conseillerai quand même cet établissement. Quand vous n’avez pas de soucis alimentaire je pense que tout se passe bien.
Autre point négatif, nous sommes passés au psk après le groupe et il n’y avait plus rien, heureusement on mange pas beaucoup le matin.

La doccia, la qualità dei prodotti a colazione e l’atmosfera serena

Cons:

Purtroppo la piscina coperta era chiusa per manutenzione ( noi abitiamo vicinissimi alle Terme di Saturnia ma pioveva e quindi, per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo deciso di cercare un posto con vasca coperta)…Peccato!

L’hotel è localizzato vicino a Viterbo con ottimo parcheggio interno e una fantastica spa (a pagamento). Camera ottima, idem pulizia, ottimo bagno ma il punto forte è la spa e le diverse piscine con acqua termale localizzate in un ampio giardino ben attrezzato …
Ho mangiato in hotel, ottimo cibo e servizio e colazione super! CONSIGLIATO sia per un WE relax sia come punto di partenza per esplorare i dintorni ( Viterbo, Caprarola, Roncigliano, Bomarzo, Putigliano ect)

Cons:

breakfast - was very basic, cold eggs, poor bread, narrow selection - travelling to Italy food is essential and breakfast in the hotel was nowhere near anything expected in Italy
air-conditioning in the first room did not work (air temperature exceeded 40 degrees during our stay) but upon request we were relocated to another room

In generale, tutto molto bene, lo consiglio. Un miglioramento della “colazione “ farebbe di questo hotel il top!!!

Il parco e le due piscine, che ci hanno consentito di riposare e di rilassarci. La pulizia, l’accoglienza al desk.

Cons:

Il momento della colazione potrebbe essere migliorato: diverse macchine non funzionanti, un componente dello staff della sala ristorazione, credo la responsabile, non proprio empatico. Abbiamo atteso un po’ per poter fruire di alcuni servizi.

Salus Terme was just what we needed, a perfect spot to relax and recuperate.
Pros:

The indoor pool was extremely relaxing, and the Kneipp walk and sauna were excellent. Outdoor pools were also very nice. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were prepared and presented very well. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Because it was across the road from the military airport, there was some constant low frequency background noise when you were outside.
