Bellissima spa
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, una vera sorpresa. La zona spa è davvero incredibile, curata e rilassante. Le camere sono comodissime, spaziose e pulitissime. Un soggiorno molto piacevole che consiglio sicuramente.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un difetto, riguarda la colazione: per una persona celiaca l'offerta è piuttosto limitata e presenta un elevato rischio di contaminazione. Suggerirei di predisporre una colazione separata per gli ospiti celiaci, così da garantire maggiore sicurezza ed evitare possibili contaminazioni. Le allergie e la celiachia non dovrebbero essere considerate semplici intolleranze, ma condizioni che richiedono particolare attenzione.
Per il resto, tutto fantastico. Un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole.

מלון מעולה,נמצא מעיירה לא גדולה, מחוץ לעיר, מתקני ספא מצוינים, מאוד נהננו מהכל. ארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה. Прекрасное место для снятия стресса

השטח של המלון מאוד מטופח ויפה. חבל שאי אפשר לצאת ממנו להליכה ברגל, הכביש לא מאפשר זאת. אך זה חסרון ממש אחד קטן לעומת כל הטוב שמצאנו במקום הזה.

Le piscine e la spa sono molto belle, ben tenute e pulitissime. Ottima la colazione. Parcheggio sempre disponibile all'interno della struttura.

Cons:

La posizione costringe a prendere la macchina per ogni uscita. Si potrebbe organizzare qualche attività serale.

Consigliato ma migliorabile
Pros:

Le terme valgono il viaggio, ci sono tante piscine e sono ben tenute, curate. Anche il verde è molto bello, in generale gli ambienti sia interni che esterni sono ristrutturati e di qualità. Le camere dell’hotel sono ampie e di solito hanno una bella vista. La colazione ha opzioni gluten free e aveva un delizioso favo di miele, non l’avevo mai mangiato così, stupendo.

Cons:

Il bagno della camera era senza nessun porta salviette o porta asciugamani, letteralmente nulla per appendere quelli per il viso o da bidet, una cosa ovviamente scomodissima per chi soggiorna. I prodotti gluten free confezionati erano completamente schiacciati, cornetti e altre cose tutte piatte come se qualcuno ci si fosse seduto sopra. Ho come l’impressione che se fossero stati cornetti normali non si sarebbero permessi di servirli in quello stato. Questo si commenta da solo. Il servizio durante la colazione molto scarso quando non assente. Nessuno che viene a chiedere cosa si vuole da bere o che sparecchi i tavoli, neanche se su richiesta, per consentire agli altri ospiti di sedersi. Sono quei dettagli che si fanno notare in un hotel 4 stelle. Se li curassero sarebbe meglio, anche perché il personale di solito è gentile.
