旋轉樓梯很窄，拿行李要小心
Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình cực kì Take care khách, chỗ nghỉ thoải mái yên tĩnh, có nhiều không gian khác nhau phù hợp để ngồi làm việc chill hoặc hội nhóm giao lưu. Giờ giấc khá tự do hơn so các home mình từng đi.

I had a wonderful stay at T Zone Hostel! The hostel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. Toan and Ann were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with recommendations and anything I needed. The location in District 5 is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants, cafés, markets, and convenient transportation nearby. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I highly recommend T Zone Hostel. I would definitely stay here again!

It's an amazing hostel (I extended my stay and ended up staying for 2 weeks). The owner is super kind, sweet and extremely helpful, always available to assist with anything. The hostel is clean (!! very appreciated considering SEA standards), the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are quite big, with an individual locked box (the owner gives you the key). There’s also a nice outside common chill area/terrace with lots of plants around. The location is also perfect, it's not in an overcrowded tourist area but in a more authentic (cheaper) part of town, right next to the bus station and only max 10 mins away from all the hustle.
Cannot recommend it enough.
The hosts (couple) were very friendly and made me felt welcomed at his hostel. Definitely a great place to stay for anyone in ho chi minh city

Mình vừa check-out sau 2 đêm nghỉ tại đây, và muốn để lại một vài nhận xét thật lòng, cả về những điểm mình thích lẫn những điều mình nghĩ chỗ ở nên cải thiện.
Mình đánh giá cao không gian và vị trí của phòng. Phòng khá rộng rãi, thoáng, yên tĩnh và gần mặt tiền đường, thuận tiện đi lại. Đây là một điểm cộng rất lớn.
Tuy nhiên, có một vài điều khiến trải nghiệm của mình chưa được trọn vẹn.
+ Thứ nhất là cách đón tiếp. Trước khi nhận phòng, khi trao đổi hay nhắn tin qua điện thoại, bên chỗ ở rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự khi nói chuyện hay trả lời tin nhắn, sẵn sàng cho mình nhận phòng sớm nếu mình muốn. Tuy nhiên, khi mình thực tế đến nơi và nhận phòng, mình cảm nhận thái độ tiếp đón của anh chị chủ hơi thờ ơ, chưa tạo được cảm giác thân thiện và chào đón. Mình hơi bất ngờ. Mình nghĩ đôi khi chỉ cần một lời chào, một nụ cười sơ giao cũng đủ khiến khách cảm thấy được trân trọng. Ngoài ra, ngay khi bước vào cửa lễ tân, mình còn hơi giật mình vì có hai chú chó chạy ra và sủa lớn. Có thể đây là chuyện bình thường với chủ nhà, nhưng với một số khách thì sẽ hơi bất ngờ.
+ Thứ hai là vấn đề camera trong khu vực phòng ngủ. Đây là điều mình cảm thấy không thoải mái nhất. Trong khu vực giường tầng/phòng ngủ của khách có gắn hai camera, khiến mình có cảm giác "bị quan sát" và không được tự nhiên trong không gian nghỉ ngơi riêng tư. Theo mình, camera an ninh có thể đặt ở khu vực cửa ra vào, hành lang hoặc những khu vực chung; còn trong khu vực khách ngủ thì nên cân nhắc thật kỹ. Khách thuê phòng cần có cảm giác riêng tư và thoải mái, đặc biệt khi nghỉ qua đêm.
+ Thứ ba là vấn đề vệ sinh và mùi trong phòng tắm. Mặc dù phòng tắm có máy hút, nhưng mỗi lần mở cửa bước vào vẫn có mùi khá nồng và cảm giác chưa được thông thoáng. Mình nghĩ nếu cải thiện phần thông gió và vệ sinh kỹ hơn thì trải nghiệm sẽ tốt hơn rất nhiều.
+ Thứ tư là vấn đề dép trong phòng. Đây có thể là lựa chọn riêng của chỗ ở, nhưng theo mình, nếu yêu cầu khách để dép bên ngoài và sử dụng dép riêng trong khu vực phòng ở thì sẽ vệ sinh và sạch sẽ hơn, nhất là đối với phòng dùng chung.
Dù có những góp ý trên, mình vẫn cảm ơn chỗ ở vì đã đón tiếp và cho mình có 2 đêm nghỉ tại đây. Mình chia sẻ những điều này hoàn toàn với tinh thần góp ý xây dựng.
Có nhiều tiện ích xung quanh, có thể đi bộ được, như quán cơm, quán hủ tiếu, bún, nước,... trước ngõ là The Coffee House rất tiện để làm việc, hẹn hò
