Pros:

Quarto confortável, limpo, funcionários prestativos.

Cons:

O cafe da manhã iniciava tarde, 7h. Como estava em um congresso e o shuttle passava 7:05h praticamente não conseguia comer. Penso que para um hotel, considerando tanto viagem a trabalho como passeio o café da manhã deveria começar bem cedo (pelas 6/6:30h)

Pros:

Cama confortável. Quarto espaçoso. Tem pia e microondas no quarto.

Cons:

O chuveiro aquecia demais e a água saía muito quente, mesmo no ponto intermediário do abridor. O café da manhã foi bom, mas peguei uma fatia de pão meio seca e o omelete também estava seco (eu desci pro café 09:30h, vai até às 10h).

Sempre o melhor hotel em Porto Alegre.
Fomos com 1 cadeirante e estavamos retornando de uma viagem.
A equipe é sempre muito solicita e cordeal.
Quartos são amplos e tem minicozinha. No hall tem alguns alimentos a venda que se pode fazer no apartamento.

Ótima opção para ficar em POA… recomendo!
Pros:

Quarto tipo loft com cozinha disponível. Agradeço também o atendimento dos funcionários que desde nossa entrada, nos atenderam com zelo e carinho. Outra opção legal é que hotel oferece tipo uma mini mercearia para compras rápidas. Muito boa a sacada…

Sempre muito agradável.
Pros:

Já somos clientes, sempre bom retornar a este Hotel.

Cons:

Fizeram a cobrança antecipada no cartão sem nosso consentimento porque era dia de jogo e o Hotel estava lotado (e o pagamento deveria ter sido feito na chegada ao Hotel, de acordo com a reserva).
Não havia lugar no estacionamento do Hotel.
