Service was great, the staff is overall very attentive and polite. The room looks new and modern, layout was good too. Food was also good quality.

Cons:

Not quiet. Walls are thin, you can hear people upstairs dragging chairs around and other people locking/unlocking their doors at night/early morning. And windows are not very high quality either, you hear a lot of the outside noise. There were also a few ants in our room, although the room cleaning helped.

Ár-érték arányban megfelelő szállás, tiszta. Nagyon kedves személyzettel.

Szálláshely kinézete, tisztasága, a személyzet kimagasló kedvessége.
A szálláshely elhelyezkedése. A tervezettnél később érkeztünk meg és nagyon kedvesen fogadták.
A reggeli etel- és italkínálat is kiváló volt.

Now, talking about the advantages:

First of all, the room itself is really nice, new, modern, and well-maintained. It’s really nice to see that.

Second of all, the cleaning staff are doing their job well, and I can’t complain about them.

Third of all, despite the limitations of the breakfast, the food itself was really tasty.

Cons:

Not everything is as great as it seems from the photos and reviews.

Starting with the disadvantages…

First of all – when we checked in, we were given a room with no balcony and only one small window around the sleeping area. This made the room very dark and inconvenient to use during summer holidays, when you need somewhere to dry your clothes and towels. After we complained to the manager, they changed our room to one with a small (really, really small) balcony and large windows. However, you never know which room you’re going to get.

Second of all – the cheese & ham shown in their photos looks like it’s unlimited. Well… it’s not. It’s actually very, very limited. There is no cheese or ham available unless you order it as a “continental meal” (or something like that). On top of that, you have to order it for two people – you can’t get cheese and ham just for yourself (LOL). You get four slices of each of three different types of cheese and ham, and you can’t even ask for one additional slice.

We were shocked by this and told the manager that I was going to mention it in my review. Two minutes later, we received the additional cheese we had asked for, but that’s not how it should work when you’ve paid €850 for a week at this hotel. That’s crazy. I’ve stayed at many hotels with breakfast included, and they offered much more unlimited food – and guess what… they were A LOT cheaper.

On top of that, on our last day we saw a couple from another room order exactly the same cheese & ham plate, and they received a lot more than we did. I honestly don’t even know how that’s possible.

Third of all – ants in the room. There was no problem with ants in the first room, but as soon as we moved to our new room, we noticed that plenty of ants were walking around everywhere. We hoped that the next time the cleaning staff came, they would do something about it, but… nope. We had to live with them for the rest of our stay.

Pros:

Excelente localização, dá perfeitamente para ir a pé aos pontos principais de Sliema.
Alugamos carro e conseguimos sempre lugar nas imediações do hotel.
Quarto ótimo, super confortavel e calmo. Pequeno almoço bastante diversificado.
Quando voltar a Sliema certamente será novamente a minha opcão de estadia!

gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Bett sehr bequem

Cons:

Die barrierefreie Einrichtung fühlt sich kalt an. Die Technik funktioniert nicht wie sie soll (Klima lässt den Modus kühlen nicht auswählen, Fernseher lässt kein streamen zu).
