It was the perfect location for my days in Bangkok, the air-conditioning was great : ice cold !

The hotel has a good location away from the noise of Bangkok, and the staff are always friendly and polite. The property has a lot of potential, which is why this was my third stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, despite leaving negative feedback during previous stays, I have seen little improvement. I booked for one week this time but had to check out the very next day. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There were no hand towels or toilet paper provided, and when I requested them, I was told to wait until the next morning because they were out of stock. It is disappointing because the hotel has great staff and a good location, yet basic standards of cleanliness and guest care seem to be overlooked.
