Very beautiful and clean
Almost nothing
The property waa absolutely fabulous,situated near the beach and its enclosed pool was great.
It waa child friendly too which made it great.the staff was amazing and professional especially the restaurant staff.
Linda was very good and the the gentleman in the restaurant were great and smiled and helped in every way .
All the kitchen staff was awesome.
I did not like that the reception staff struggles a lot with English and most of the time ,communication was not great as they struggles to understand what we wanted .
It would be good for them to learn a bit of english to accomodate international patrons.
I also did not like that the cleaning ladies did not mop under the beds ,they only did the open floor cleaning only.
Also I did not like that patrons smoke near children everywhere and they are no designated smoking places.
It could help if there are designated places for them to smoke because it affects those who are non smokers and children specifically.
Lastly the guy in the reception on the 21/08//26 was not nice as he refused to give us face towels to wipe off sweat as he said it was for patrons .
I asked just for one towel bcz we were leaving on the 21/08/26 and he bluntly refused because we were leaving patrons and had paid for a 5 days stay.
He could hv offered us not to refuse with a simple lie.
That was unkind of him.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, smiling, and very welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Truly wonderful service!

L’établissement n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Il ne vaut même pas un 1 étoile.
Il était insalubre, vieux, notre chambre avait des fourmis.
the property is a great location, with the beach right on its door step. The local area has great shops and restaurants (very few being halal however). It was pleasing to the eyes, very nice outdoor area
It was back dated. The decor in some parts were very old.
The staff were not attentive what so ever. I let them
know my door key was not working and they kept asking me if I was sure? They gave me a manual key and let me know that they will fix this problem but they did not while I was staying there. This meant the cleaners were unable to come and clean unless they got the one pair of manual keys that they gave to us? This therefore meant we had to give them the only key.
I also let them know my telephone did not work to call reception and they told me they will send a technician. The technician never came so we had no access to the reception via telephone.
The beds at the beach are €50 and not included in this hotel price which isn’t made clear. They also rent the beach chairs to the public too so you need to ensure you’re able to get one before the general public.
The breakfast was alright but limited options. I was told I could let them know prior if I want some halal options but when I did, the staff said they can’t do it so mixed messages were being sent to customers and staff.
In my opinion, the stay was fine but the services and staff around made it less enjoyable. Without catering to the customers needs, it was less pleasant. I would not really recommend for Muslims or for people of colour if anything. Lots of other great hotels just besides this one!
The hotel is perfect for families with kids . It has a swimming pool and spa all included service is the best - Arris the dinning room manager is wonderful 👍
