Pros:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer professionell. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, und die ruhige Lage des Hotels hat für eine erholsame Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das einzige Problem war, dass eines der Handtücher im Badezimmer nicht sauber war. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Décevant pour le très peu de temps passé

Proximité de l’aéroport

Cons:

Paiement prévu à mon arrivé en dinars alors que le prélèvement avait été fait en euros, j’ai payé le double du prix qui devait être prévu.
Navette complète le matin pour mon départ à l’aéroport heureusement que mon vol a été avancé à 6h si non je devais prendre un taxi. Un conseil réserver votre navette au plus tôt.
Nos 3 chambres étaient toutes à différents étages avec aucune vue.

C'est clairement noté dans l'annonce le service navette aéroport, j'ai contacté l'hôtel par email, et par téléphone, on nous a assuré de la disponibilité du service, mais a l'arrivée ils nous ont refusé le service,

Pour des séjours d'affaires oui pour du tourisme trop loin du centre-ville

A l'arrivée le soir vers 12h30 pas d'aide des agents de l'hôtel pour nous aider à monter nos valises du parking extérieur non couvert vers notre chambre, nous étions épuisé..
