A perfect mountain paradise.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Our room was beautiful with a perfect view of the Matterhorn.
The spa was really clean and varied, we made use of all of the facilities.
We enjoyed the short walk into the main area of Zermatt but the free shuttle was on hand to run us to the station on departure.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. We hope to see you again sometime.

Cons:

There is literally nothing to complain about at this hotel. We had a perfect stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super Spa Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Service und kinderfreundlich
Pros:

Super schönes Spa mit extra Kindern Pool und Spielzimmer. Das war unser Highlight als Familie. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls super mit einem super Kaffee und alles was es brauchen könnte.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht auf dem 4-Sterne Niveau. Die Balkontür war kaputt und die Matratze vom Schlafsofa echt schmuddelig

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Zermatt. The location is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our trip truly memorable.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zermatt. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Ga niet naar dit hotel! Gefilmd in de sauna!
Pros:

Mijn hele verblijf is verpest door nalatigheid en schandalig optreden van het hotelmanagement.

Cons:

Tijdens mijn verblijf ben ik gefilmd door een vreemde mede hotelgast in de sauna. Er zijn meerdere mensen gefilmd en wij zijn allen zeer geshockeerd naar de receptie van het hotel gegaan om dit mede te delen. Er werd ons verzekerd dat dit werd opgelost maar na 3(!) dagen was deze persoon nog steeds niet gevonden. Het hotel vertelde mij dat zij camera beelden hadden van de gebeurtenis (deze beelden heb ik zelf ook gezien). Echter hebben zij niks met deze beelden gedaan. Er is toegang nodig met de kamer pas tot de spa maar het hotel wilde deze data niet opzoeken om de dader op te sporen.

Nota bene in de sauna waar men op zijn kwetsbaarst is, word ik gefilmd en neemt dit hotel mij niet serieus. Deze beelden zijn gebruikt door de overtreder en niemand heeft mij geholpen. Nu ben ik zelf naar de politie gestapt want het hotel lacht mij uit. Tijdens de rest van mijn verblijf heb ik de Spa niet meer durven te gebruiken. Ik voel mij zeer verraden.

Luxurious alpine comfort for rear and relaxation after days of exploration.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Facilities were excellent and included breakfast was tremendous. Family room was perfect for us. Had Matterhorn view from Balcony. Could stream videos to TV in room. Very comfortable stay and loved spa facilities everyday!

Cons:

Ceiling fan or standing fan would make it better on really hot days.
