Nothing to complain .
Pros:

The reception staffs are quite helpful, and the cuisine is of a high standard. The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the railway station and offers a complimentary shuttle service for guest transfers. The room type I booked offers a partial view of the Matterhorn.

Good hotel, close to train station but bit out of the way if you are sking
Pros:

Facilities were very good
Great view from our room
Quiet with the balcony door open at night
Good laundry service
Very quick transporting to train station and back
Great games room which they didn’t let on they had

Cons:

Location, close to train station but far from lifts
Taxi’s around Zermatt are expensive not hotels fault but they cannot leave you anywhere
Bathroom door is shared with toilet and shower which is a bit weird.
Breakfast was ok wasn’t as good as other 4 star hotels

Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones son excelentes.

Cons:

Tal vez, el horario de cierre de los restaurantes para la cena. Con la maravillosa piscina que tiene daría más tiempo a aprovecharla si el último turno de cena no fuera a las 21:15.

Great view of Matterhorn with easy transfer pick up from the train station.
Pros:

Fantastic view of the Matterhorn in a modern comfortable room with soft pillows. I also loved the pool.

Cons:

Lack of fans or air conditioning and smoking near food and on balconies.
