I asked for air conditioning when booking & was disappointed that it wasn't available.
Pros:

The room was large.
The staff were pleasant - some more than others.
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful

Cons:

The room had slanted ceilings that were low & I often bumped my head. There was no air-conditioning so I had to leave the patio door open & there was a baby crying all night and other sounds.
The beds were uncomfortable & small. The bed duvet was noisy and cumbersome.
I would have preferred a second sheet or light blanket.

Quiet location, great vibe, amazing helpful staff and fantastic property with great amenities, spa and very spacious rooms, and the main and the best part….Our room was a Matterhorn facing room and ohh boy..what a beautiful view. Can be seen in the images I have shared.

Chambre spacieuse, Très propre , Douche moderne, chauffe eau et machine à café, grand balcon, 3ème lit dans une petite chambre annexe, piscine-spa ouvert de 7h jusqu'à 22h. Petit déjeuner continental servi jusqu'à 11h. Personnel très accueillant. Complex familly friendly.

Pros:

Everything. It is the best place to stay in Zermatt

Cons:

Some fraudster got my booking number and dates and tried to verify my credit card. Since the word reservation was misspelled I became suspicious. I send all my emails to Booking .com and the hotel and we had to cancel the reservation and make it again. This was stressful. I’ve NEVER reply to any link outside of the app.

Nothing to complain .
Pros:

The reception staffs are quite helpful, and the cuisine is of a high standard. The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the railway station and offers a complimentary shuttle service for guest transfers. The room type I booked offers a partial view of the Matterhorn.

Good hotel, close to train station but bit out of the way if you are sking

Great view from our room
Quiet with the balcony door open at night
Good laundry service
Very quick transporting to train station and back
Great games room which they didn’t let on they had

Cons:

Location, close to train station but far from lifts
Taxi’s around Zermatt are expensive not hotels fault but they cannot leave you anywhere
Bathroom door is shared with toilet and shower which is a bit weird.
Breakfast was ok wasn’t as good as other 4 star hotels
