Pros:

Fantastisk spa (med eget område for små barn), nydelige omgivelser, hyggelig og smilende personale, nytt og rent.

Cons:

Til tider litt høy popmusikk i spisesal. Ikke mulig å ha måltid til lunsj hvis man har halv-pensjon, og litt lydt til rommet ved siden av.

Pros:

Great view from the delux room in the new 'C' building, nice spa and good location not far from the train station. The room also came with nice amenities and was very well decorated

Cons:

The only minor point docked from a 10 to a 9 is the inconsistent welcome. Some of the staff were incredibly nice and warm, while others seemed almost bothered to have to be there and answer. For a hotel of this standing it was slightly disappointing

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette petite ville exceptionnelle
Pros:

La chambre était magnifique et très confortable, le déjeuner continental était copieux, il ne manquait absolument rien.
Le spa très agréable et spacieux, avec en prime un jacuzzi sur le roof-top.
Le personnel comprend et parle plusieurs langues.

Great SPA. Location close to train and centre.
Pros:

We got the Mountain View which was really nice. Weather did not cooperate but it is worth the extra price.
Room is spacious although the shower/toilet area isn't huge and the shower is not very comfortable at all.
SPA area is a plus. Super clean, well organised and designed.
Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Shower area. Toilet is quite small.
Some renovations around so there was noise during the day. Not during night time.

Pros:

My room was good value, I liked it.
The pool, gym and spa are very good. Regarding the spa, one thing could be improved in particular : having the hammam & sauna hoter. I go to quite a few of them and found these two at Alpen Resort were not hot enough.

Cons:

Sauna & hammam could/should be hoter.
Breakfast was okayish. Could be improved by Swiss standards.
